ANGEL, 27 and Tyler, 29 are in a polyamorous relationship with Sam, 24 - who was the bridesmaid at their wedding. Angel and Tyler met on Tinder and have been together for just over four years. Three years into their relationship they were keen to try something new. This is when Angel introduced Tyler to her college friend Sam. After a few attempts of dating, the throuple decided to make a serious attempt to be together and have now been together for a year. Angel and Tyler are now married and Sam lives with them as their girlfriend. The throuple see themselves as equally committed to each other and love to share videos about their relationship on social media. However this meant they faced a lot of judgement from people online and it was also how their family found out about their relationship. Many family members didn’t accept receiving the news this way and had trouble understanding how it all works. Angel says: “A lot of people are lucky to find one person to love but we’re lucky enough that we’ve found two."

I love that the final scene put one of the women in the center rather than the man, especially after they talked about people not perceiving the relationship between the women as equally deep and committed and serious. I don't know if that was an intentional decision or a happy accident, but I found it to be quite powerful.

As someone who sees poly relationships as "doomed" if they're taken too seriously and not just kept as a entertaining/casual relationship.
I feel like I learned a bit about what keeps them supportive of each other and maybe, just maybe 5-10 years down the line they will still be together and proving us that poly relationships can be serious and last a long time. Hopefully a lifetime. This was a great watch
