It was implied that the weird otherworldly wine is what drew the Beths to fornicate. So Rick got rid of that stash. If he’s the one who brought it, it’s kinda his fault lol

They originated as clones, but by this point, they were their own people. If this had happened before Space Beth went away, then it probably would have been classable as self-cest, but as far as individuality goes - which is something that they made explicitly clear in this episode to show that each Beth was her own woman, each with her own personality - this was more in line with twincest. For all intents and purposes at this point, they are more akin to identical twins than they are to straight up clones.
So, yeah, basically, Morty and Summer have a child, and on another occasion, they basically had what amounted to an orgy with Rick - albeit, not intentionally on any of their parts. Meanwhile, Jerry and Beth are in a sexual relationship with Beth's twin sister. It's weird that incest is such a common theme with this family.
I might have missed it if this was covered, but some people take Rick's talk with Beth as confirmation that he has slept with an alternate version of himself. This doesn't make any sense if you know who Rick is as a character, however. Rick hates himself and he hates his alternate counterparts, to the extent that he committed a mass genocide against the other Ricks of the multiverse. He might be familiar with the scenario, but it makes far more sense to suggest that he has encountered two other Ricks who were lovers than it does to say that he engaged in anything of this nature himself.

I love how they keep the world established by implying that theres other Beth's that have been cloned & thus have had an affair with themselves leading those Jerry's to try & touch another Jerry 😂
It has been established that Jerry does know Beth's psyche.
So if she was to cheat with anyone his best shot would be another her, cuz then he'd be able to work it into a 2 woman threesome.
If it was that guy who worked with her at the horse hospital during season one, then I'm pretty sure that Jerry would be SOL.
