Can you run the SQL workload from another computer, and show us the SQL Server counters?

Say you buy an account or business application (eg: Quick Books, PCLaw, etc...) that uses SQL Server 2017/2019/2022, you install the client side on 20 to 50 users workstation.
- how can you look at the SQL Server to see if:
a. The SQL Server needs more RAM, CPU or IOP's ?
b. The SQL Server needs a faster network connection?
c. The Client Application is the problem they maybe facing ?

Can you also show us the SQL Server counters if that same or somewhat modify SQL-script would run from 3 to 5 computers connect to that sql server ?
