lupini beans (L. mutabilis) or cassava flour would make it gluten free. Lupinia would make it diet and 1 carb Keto. I will be interested in seeing this recipe with different flours. Coconut flour might make it to dry and some sort of liquid need to be added, almond flour or other nut flours would make it too sweet and you would probably want to change the type of cheese. It may be because the recipe says 1 cup of butter. I only saw her put a half cup. I am making them know and have to adjust as well.
