  • The epic Total Coincidence card trick created by Juan Tamariz. Two packs of cards are shuffled and cut numerous times by a spectator, but that doesn't stop the magician making a series of amazing reveals.

I was really amazed with the first coincidence, and then you kept adding more and more coincidences. Loved the performance. I had to go watch Juan Tamariz' performance and there I noticed a few things. I re-watched your performance and picked up on the same observations. I cannot quite figure out how the shuffling and the cuts work. Here are my observations. Perhaps a magician can deduce the trick. I will say I believe there is an initial set of on the cards. I believe the red back deck of cards is in reverse order from the blue back deck. Again, I'm not sure how the coincidences work with the cutting of the decks unless it is some sort of false cut. Observation 1: As you separate the red cards from the black cards, you are keeping the red cards in the same order and reversing the order of the black cards. I noticed that if there are two or more black cards in a row, rather than dropping the black cards together, you drop one black card at a time. You are holding on to the red cards rather than stacking them in a different pile. Observation 2: After the cut of the red back deck, you turn over cards one at a time. I noticed that the red back deck is in reverse order from the blue back deck. When you flip over the 3clubs in the blue back cards the order was first 4spades, then 3clubs then Qspades. The order on the red back cards was first Qspades, then 3clubs, then 4spades. TBH - I picked up on this reverse order watching Juan Tamriz. I did not catch it on your performance until the second time I watched. Observation 3: After the first coincidence reveal, notice how you put the cards back together. The unturned cards from the blue back deck go on the bottom of the stack. The previously revealed cards from the red back deck go on the bottom of the stack.

That's got to be the longest comment I've ever had 🙂. Glad you liked the trick and I would say your observations are excellent 👍

Really to long ! We lost the spectators before the end of the trick and they don’t even remember what was going on ! For me not a good trick. Sorry

No problem. I have seen this comment for this trick a few times before. Personally I love it and actually enjoy how unrushed the build up is, before the pace increases at the end.

@@crashmagic Yeah a good trick, also its up to the performer how he present the trick that would captivate the spectator. Anyways when will the tutorial of this trick come out?

@@arielrealingo3260 you think the trick was long, the tutorial would be even longer!

@@crashmagic yes its quite long but using some fast forwarding on not so important detail would be good to shorten the time, also I'm really amaze with the performance and a tutorial would be much appreciated
