Disclaimer: No one panic. I'm really a Bellarke shipper, I promise. And I don't really expect the writers to create a Clarke/Roan (Cloan? Rolarke?) relationship. Not with all the competitiveness of the Clexa and Bellarke camps. But this is for FUN. If you don't like the pairing, go look up the definition of FUN.
But seriously...Zach McGowan you guys. He's my favorite. And he could have chemistry with a lamp. You have to admit that Roan and Clarke have a mutual respect/interest/loathing/understanding for each other that is just hard to ignore. I found myself drooling over it after the kneeling before Lexa scene (GUYS HE KNELT AFTER CLARKE DID AND THEN EVERYONE ELSE KNELT TOO). So I had to vid it. And I'll probably be vidding it again. Mostly because I love having Zach on my screen whether he's Vane or Roan. (Oh yeah, if you guys are just watching The 100 and haven't discovered the absolute magic that is Black Sails...what are you doing? Go watch that right now.) Also, fun fact, this song is one of my favorites by FOB and the stallion line (see above) is maybe my favorite line of all time. The more you think about it, the more it means.
I look forward to the rest of Season 3 (for both shows) and look for lots more videos of pairings from both shows as well. I'm talking VE and these two of course, but also some Bellarke, Linctavia, Miranda/Flint...yes, I'm mixing the two shows all over the place. But seriously, Zach McGowan links these two shows in my mind forever.

This!I loved it!From the moment they had their first scene together, you could see there was some mutual interest going on, and like you said, Zach could have chemistry with anyone. I know this has no chance whatsoever on the show, but I really hope they have more scenes together. And strangely enough, this is the only het pairing with Clarke that I actually like so far.

haha I love this! Like you I don't legitimately ship them, I think I ship Bellarke, but I do love the fun of shipping everyone with everyone. Clarke and Roan are such intriguing characters, and I do think they respect each other greatly. Also loved the whole she kneels, he kneels, everyone else knees. I read an article that JRothenberg said Roan was similar to Bellamy, and seeing how Roan and Clarke are both in Polis maybe they (and us) will get to see more of them working together.

Tbh, I thought they will end up together, maybe just for a short time but they didn't, which is sad. They had chemistry the first time they met.

+zebritah1 Ha ha, it's the sexy magic of Zach McGowan. The man has chemistry with everyone. I can't ship him with Octavia though...I love Lincoln too much. ;) But I'm happy as long as he stays on the show for as long as possible. And I'm loving the Roan/Clarke chemistry.
Clarke doesn't seem to have time for romance. It seems like the show is tragedy after tragedy. I like this ship though.
