Just want to comment, a lot of people go through a huge shed and regrowth cycle when they make major lifestyle changes. Morgan has done so much! I bet if she maintains her stress maintenance and eats well, she'll see a shit ton of hair come right back.
Braid in wool dread look extensions may not be her style… but they are hair protective and help hair grow back. Also a shampoo without salts in the ingredients. Those are hard to find. Most shampoo has table salt in it. Very bad for hair follicles.

Girl get that IUD taken out ASAP. I had one for 2 months and my body was literally rejecting it. I had mood swings I was bleeding and I felt off. As soon as the dr took it out it felt like so much weight lifted off me. Years later I was tested for endometriosis and was stage 2- had surgery to remove it and it helped my cramps so much. But trust what your body is telling you and if you don’t feel ‘right’ after getting the IUD, please get it removed. It’s not normal to have a foreign object like that in your body, it’s hormone overload and our bodies aren’t meant to deal with that. Love you and your vlogs so much!
simultaneously, if you're like me and got the Paragard IUD (copper, non-hormonal), it can be _life changing_ . definitely is important to listen if your body is trying to tell you something!

Maybe IUD isn't it for you (or Morgan, you need to listen to your body and if you find it hard to tolerate a certain bc don't ignore it) but bc isn't "hormone overload". Bc actually helps me feel soooo much better and it's upsetting to me that some people make it sound like it's all bad because they had a bad experience on it. That being said: we are all different and I agree that if it feels off you should try something else and if you still don't feel good on any of them that's okay too, we can't force our bodies to handle some medications just because we want it to.
The mirena needs a bit of time. You already had Endo, it’s not caused by the iud. It takes 2 to 3 months for the cramps to go away. After that is more then 5!! Years without cramps:)
I prefer my implanon implant in my upper arm above any other hormonal birth control! Hardly any blood, no mood swings, skin so much better! And the idea of having a small implant in my arm is much better then having a hard/sharp copper iud in my uterus 😉 feels less harmful in some sort of way

Hey Morgan, the beginning of your video I completely understand. Hair loss as a woman is tough. I want to share some things I have been doing to maintain the health of my hair: - Wear a silk or satin bonnet at night when you go to sleep. This will help limit breakage, and split ends. It will allow you to grow your hair longer and healthier -Find a shampoo brand that has never been under a lawsuit for having hair loss ingredients in their formula. You'll find most companies like Pantene, Aussie, suave and Head and shoulders will have at some point been under litigation. I personally use the rose scented love beauty and planet with marumaru butter. - most stores will sell some sort of deep conditioning packets. Once a week, condition the complete length of your hair, excluding the roots, and allow sit for the recommended amount of time on the package. This will help prevent damage by strengthening your hair and keeping it healthy. - Don't dry your hair with a hair dryer. It dries it out, causing it to become brittle. Take showers at night and allow it to dry while you sleep. When you do this, do not wear your bonnet. - Do not wash your hair every single day. Limit it to about three times a week. You have to let the natural oils do their thing. -Dont style your hair with a ton of products all the time. One time a week is about all your hair should really be taking on average. Our hair was not meant to have a ton of chemicals tossed into it, or to be heated and rolled / straightened every single day. You're just damaging it further. -Stopy dying your hair. Let your hair remain a natural color, your own color, for at least 5 years. You'll see a dramatic improvement. When you bleach blonde your hair, you're stripping it of a lot of the layers that it has, just to get that color. These are some tips that I have that you can try, but just be aware that you might not see improvement until about a year. Your hair is pretty damaged from all that you've done to it over the couple of years, although it's still beautiful. I would say at the bare minimum give it a year if not more of doing all this.
Every January I do an annual annoying stuff shop and buy Costco sized toilet paper, parchment, new containers, paper towel, etc. then it’s more fun and you only go once a year. Also invest in about 15 reusable cloths for wiping down the counters and general cleaning. You will rarely need paper towel after that and it’s easy to toss the towels in with any washing load.
You should attach ply wood or something to the wooden piece that you rested the mirrors on that goes to the ground. Then if you make the wooden board slightly higher than where the mirrors are rested, you could run LED's on top of the wooden piece and then you'd get a cool lit mirrors effect! idk if i explained that very well sorry hahah
M - you don't need paper towels for everything... a cotton dish towel is all you need & a small hand towel in the kitchen too. Toss them in the washer with your clothes once a week & bingo.

I lost so much hair when I was on this one medication, it was devastating 😢 But I take prenatals everyday (not pregnant, not planning to become pregnant right now. Folic acid is good for your hair!) and I use recalibrate bond repair conditioner and electric rain from xmondo and they have done wonders to help my hair appear thicker and nice as my hair grows back out! Get Swedish dishcloths and then you never need paper towels again! My boyfriend and I haven't even used one full roll of paper towels since November in our apartment. We use about 3 Swedish dishcloths on rotation instead. Plus they're more sustainable :)

Your hair doesn’t look bad I promise! There’s a lot of causes for hair loss, even losing weight. It’s possibly telogen effluvium, which fixes itself within months and your hair will more than likely grow back to normal. I had covid hair loss twice, I know it sucks!! Always feels worse on yourself than it looks to other people. Keep your scalp healthy and the new hair growth will be strong. Hugs ❤

They make very small clips for mirrors that screw in the wall that aren't super noticeable. You can screw up top just to make sure there is extra support for the mirrors. But its looking great!!!!!!!

They make very small clips for mirrors that screw in the wall that aren't super noticeable. You can screw up top just to make sure there is extra support for the mirrors. But its looking great!!!!!!!

Have you seen her workout videos? She literally worked her ass off. Pretty bold to just basically call someone a liar. Maybe you are feeling insecure. Morgan has such severe anxiety I can’t see her messing with Ozempic.

Wish h could lose weight faster? It can take years to truly lose weight healthy even a decade. Took me a decade to lose 20 lbs and kept it off but now I’m not doing well health wise so I’m trying to be more careful bc it can be lost in just a few. That’s just life so u can’t assume anything unless u can read their minds
