After the challenge, you must know that working out daily is not necessary to build muscle and stay healthy. 2 to 3 classes a week is enough and on the other days having a walk will make you stay fit. It doesn't need to be that time consuming. I am losing weight as well and you are my inspiration 😊 So many people got healthier because of you. I saw you and I started believing that I can achieve it as well, although I failed so many times before. I love the comments and how many people had the same experience 😊

Heck yea! If you’ve been in therapy and are doing good, I always recommend maintenance visits! You and your therapist can discuss what that means for you, but it keeps you from slipping too far, if a slip happens ❤

If anyone tries 75 hard, if you’re drinking a large amount of water make sure you’re also getting adequate electrolytes as to not cause an electrolyte imbalance. It will help muscle recovery, too.

I started January 2024 right around the time you posted your fitness video and I remember how intimidated I was that your transformation took a year. I’m down 65 pounds and this has been the best journey I’ve been on for myself! For one year I’ve focused on myself because of you!
I have been consistently doing 75 hard for a couple of years. I made it into a lifestyle instead of a challenge. Im currently 6 months pregnant, and I've adapted it to a less strict protocol, but it's still been something that keeps me mentally happy and strong. I only recommend it to people who aren't currently struggling with extreme body dysmorphia, food disorders, or struggling with finishing projects. It can cause people to feel too restricted. It took me a while to commit. I'm proud of you for sticking to it and proving to yourself that you CAN do it.

Crazy you posted this bc I’ve been fixing to do 75 hard also for my discipline! I feel as though I’ve had one foot in my past lifestyle and one foot in the lifestyle I’m aspiring to. I have been going to the gym for over a year, but I feel in some ways, I was doing better a year ago. I slacked off over time and I recently recommitted to making better choices for myself and where I wanna be, and not “throw the day away” just because I stumble. Thanks for the inspiration 🫶✨✨

Happy October 🤗, I’m so glad I watched this today. I’m in a crazy state, I need to go to the doctors 😳, I’m 60 feel of a ladder 14 months ago …but never got checked out. Life was very difficult at the time so I just kept quiet and trying to carry on mainly because my Wifey is always my carer, which is already enough for her to cope with. So at the end of November we have a clear 12 weeks no appointments no therapy no pre booked anything and I will go to doctors. I want to change things for the better but need to figure out how bad things are first. So I’m looking forward to watching your progress and hopefully I will be able to start my own journey soon. I did body scans as well. Two years ago, I started my weight loss journey and it has been incredibly difficult, but incredibly rewarding. I'm down 50 pounds (with PCOS that's pretty good) I still have 50 more pounds to lose, and my trainer just changed my food today. I've been debating doing 75 soft, but my life has been crazy lately. I love how you are so open about this! You have been one of my favorites since you started
Morgan you inspired me to get my lazy ass off the couch and sign up to my local recreation center group fitness classes. It's now been 3 months I have (hardly) missed any class. I do 2x yoga and 1x weights class per week. I put so many excuses as to why I can't go. The price (it's literally unlimited classes expect spin for $12p/w) or the times or I won't know anyone etc etc. Total mind games!!! I love these classes i always walk out with more energy! I'm not a gym girl so having set times with an instructor was huge motivation. I also struggle with discipline and motivation "Why do today when you can put off until tomorrow"😂. But this video has challenged me to rethink my next set of goals. Thank you Morgan! Keep up the amazing work! Forget Jessica's comment. Life isn't linear, we may go backwards and forwards and sideways but we always keep moving!! ❤
I failed at day 68 and I really hope you make it to the full 75! The most positive thing was the reading. I read the Intuitive Eating book (4th edition) and I wish I would’ve waited until after I finished 75 hard (so maybe don’t read that). There are modified versions that are safer if anyone else is curious. Everything is okay for HARD, but confirm that you can intake one gallon of water with a doctor before jumping right in (most people are fine) and also don’t do extreme exercises everyday bc the 2x indoor/outdoor does add up. Also have a post HARD plan bc I fell off after the fail in terms of regular working out. I love the principles of being dedicated and committed and there were many positives to it overall.

Girllll! I had the same awakening! I’m 27 and I swear this year I’ve been like “I need to get my fitness together”. It’s such a weird realization when you think about how you’re literally only in charge of your life right now and it’s time to get it together😂 and I know I won’t have time or energy to start that discipline later on when a family comes into play!
I did the same thing! I turned 27 in August and it was like a switch flipped. I wanted things to be better. I stopped biting my nails as my first challenge to myself and now I am eating better, walking, and trying to get myself together! 😂

I’m chin deep in a horrible depression and struggling with my weight for 8 years. The fact that I’m in full swing menopause doesn’t help. Some days I just want to not be here. I wish I could find that motivation to do something about it. I just feel trapped in this scary place. (49 y/o mom of 2) I’m probably too old to be watching your videos let alone commenting but you inspire me and remind me of my youth. I never thought I’d end up like this. Please, anyone, help? 😢❤
My mom is the exact same way and works for 12 hrs a day. She barely has the energy to keep herself awake some days. Baby steps are what matter most, you’re a mom of two who adore you, make a plan of easy exercises, it may not seem like much at first but a small walk or even ten minutes of yoga can make a huge difference with the validation it gives you. Prioritizing your own health benefits you and your family ❤ I hope all becomes well in time, you got this!
I'm on a similar boat honey. I like the saying "choose your hard". Eating healthy and finding energy and time to move more is hard. Staying in the shape you're currently at is hard. Choose your hard. Also, don't overdo it. Just a little sth good in your routine is enough. Start somewhere. Take care ❤

Start with outdoor walks! They aren’t too tiring on your body and being outside really helps your mental state. Start with a distance that’s comfortable for you and push yourself after a while when you’ve mastered your previous distances. Rooting for your success!

I did body scans as well. Two years ago, I started my weight loss journey and it has been incredibly difficult, but incredibly rewarding. I'm down 50 pounds (with PCOS that's pretty good) I still have 50 more pounds to lose, and my trainer just changed my food today. I've been debating doing 75 soft, but my life has been crazy lately.

Morgan you inspired me to get my lazy ass off the couch and sign up to my local recreation center group fitness classes. It's now been 3 months I have (hardly) missed any class. I do 2x yoga and 1x weights class per week. I put so many excuses as to why I can't go. The price (it's literally unlimited classes expect spin for $12p/w) or the times or I won't know anyone etc etc. Total mind games!!! I love these classes i always walk out with more energy! I'm not a gym girl so having set times with an instructor was huge motivation. I also struggle with discipline and motivation "Why do today when you can put off until tomorrow"😂. But this video has challenged me to rethink my next set of goals. Thank you Morgan! Keep up the amazing work! Forget Jessica's comment. Life isn't linear, we may go backwards and forwards and sideways but we always keep moving!! ❤
I failed at day 68 and I really hope you make it to the full 75! The most positive thing was the reading. I read the Intuitive Eating book (4th edition) and I wish I would’ve waited until after I finished 75 hard (so maybe don’t read that). There are modified versions that are safer if anyone else is curious. Everything is okay for HARD, but confirm that you can intake one gallon of water with a doctor before jumping right in (most people are fine) and also don’t do extreme exercises everyday bc the 2x indoor/outdoor does add up. Also have a post HARD plan bc I fell off after the fail in terms of regular working out. I love the principles of being dedicated and committed and there were many positives to it overall.

Girllll! I had the same awakening! I’m 27 and I swear this year I’ve been like “I need to get my fitness together”. It’s such a weird realization when you think about how you’re literally only in charge of your life right now and it’s time to get it together😂
and I know I won’t have time or energy to start that discipline later on when a family comes into play!
I did the same thing! I turned 27 in August and it was like a switch flipped. I wanted things to be better. I stopped biting my nails as my first challenge to myself and now I am eating better, walking, and trying to get myself together! 😂

MORGAN! I’ve been a silent follower of you and many creators for YEARS. This is I think my first time ever commenting on someone’s video and I just have to say I have been deep in the dumps lately and I lowkey did push this video off because I thought “oh another one of those videos about being happy and healthy blah blah blah” that you see from a lot of creators however this video really made me feel like it’s not totally impossible and THEN the chit chat with us at the end was EVERYTHING I needed in this very dark time I’ve been revolving in I feel like forever when I know damn well my problem is I’m unhappy with my weight and myself in general. So I just want to say THANK YOU and I love you and feel like this video is the little bright light at the end of this dark freaking tunnel I’ve been trying to find my way out of 😩😭🫶🏻
I’m chin deep in a horrible depression and struggling with my weight for 8 years. The fact that I’m in full swing menopause doesn’t help. Some days I just want to not be here. I wish I could find that motivation to do something about it. I just feel trapped in this scary place. (49 y/o mom of 2) I’m probably too old to be watching your videos let alone commenting but you inspire me and remind me of my youth. I never thought I’d end up like this. Please, anyone, help? 😢❤
My mom is the exact same way and works for 12 hrs a day. She barely has the energy to keep herself awake some days. Baby steps are what matter most, you’re a mom of two who adore you, make a plan of easy exercises, it may not seem like much at first but a small walk or even ten minutes of yoga can make a huge difference with the validation it gives you. Prioritizing your own health benefits you and your family ❤ I hope all becomes well in time, you got this!
I'm on a similar boat honey. I like the saying "choose your hard". Eating healthy and finding energy and time to move more is hard. Staying in the shape you're currently at is hard. Choose your hard. Also, don't overdo it. Just a little sth good in your routine is enough. Start somewhere. Take care ❤
Girl you’re not the only 40 something that watches her! I’m 42 and I’ve been watching since she started. Hang in there! ❤ I hear that transition isn’t easy. Give yourself grace and take care of yourself however you can.
Start with outdoor walks! They aren’t too tiring on your body and being outside really helps your mental state. Start with a distance that’s comfortable for you and push yourself after a while when you’ve mastered your previous distances. Rooting for your success!
