    I'm glad I discovered this by chance today as I really needed someome to actually take the time to slow the process down and explain what is actually happening as all the fights are just so rapid fire. Thank you so very much

    Love this game but personally the advanced combat lets it down. It's like you have to go on a course to progress. I also find the training mode vs actual combat completely different. Training is a lot more predictive but then you go into combat the controls seem very hit & miss as well as much more intense, and faster. I more or less winged it but it only works so far until you have to start the intensive combat course.

      Lmao where you been all this time? So many cool games been coming out man. Don't get me wrong stellar looks to be amazing. Just saying there are some awesome ones out and coming also. For stellar blade I assume you like linear story based games with boss fights and fantasy worlds?

    Does Reflex Type Exospine really help with the parry window frame? Because I unlocked all the skills in the Skill Tree but it doesnt seem to stack with the Reflex Type Exospine perks…….. Appreciate if you can explain it to me ! Thankyou

    Just started playing this…if it lives up to the hype, it’ll be my 3rd banger in a row (FF16, Another Crab’s Treasure, are the other 2)….System Shock Remake on deck to see if I can reach 4 in a row!

      @@CENmassTER86 Yep 💯 I’m not quite done yet, but I’m nearing the end (Spire 4 area). I’ve been on a run lately with great games…next up is that System Shock remake, so hopefully it is too. I definitely recommend FF16, Another Crab’s Treasure, and/or Stellar Blade tho

      @@josephjoy2245 I just started myself last night. Took me a lil bit to grasp what the combat wanted from me, but I got it. Looking forward to jumping back in tonight. I kind of bounced off ff16. Probably revisit it after this game. System shock looks phenomenal

      @@CENmassTER86 stick with Stellar Blade. It gets MUCH easier as you unlock skills, and you also get a gun mode for the drone, so you can eventually kill enemies from distance and make boss fights easier pummeling them with bullets/explosives

    • @josephjoy2245
      @josephjoy2245 2 месяца назад +1

      @@CENmassTER86 also, you’ll keep unlocking different “exospines”, and some of them make it much easier…reflex type to make parry/dodge even easier for example

    Simply cant submerge completly on the game although graphics, music and fanservice, because is obligating to parry almost all the time, the window for parry is very small and you cant cancel always for block , really the game want you anticipate too early in almost every action you made, at least for me is not fun many times, the pro tips not work for me, simply the enemy frame window for parry is ridiculous short required an awesome skill that only have few players. Not me.

      I respect that, I do dislike and disagree with anyone trying to make it about skills. I suck at every video game. The difference between me and your statement about skill or no skill players is I don't give up. For me games kick my butt mentally. They put me through suffering and it's a challenge to not give up and with that after much efforts I improve. Slowly many times and other times I get good quicker. That said I am a old man playing games and I am not some professional 20 year old playing 24/7. When I played the demo I struggled so bad the stream was rough but the fun was practicing, not trying to finish it just practicing learning to parry and so on. Made the game fun sure once I got decent. My biggest tip is go into things wanting to improve. It's not about finishing or being good. That will change everything

      @@MagGamerInc I played about 20 hours and practicing a lot, not much have change the parry looks like a merely fact of luck, , Not misunderstanding me , I wont quit, I love the game but hate the parry mechanics I almost sure many times the game fails in detect it, also fails in other actions you do, like use items, many times I use a combat item the game simply ignore it, the shock grenade or the pulse grenade does nothing, if the enemy is in an animation your actions does not affecting them, your combat items not work, but enemy can interrupt you when use a healing item, there are many problems with the pace and continuity of the action in the game, or simply the game add lag on yor commands. Is weird.
