One request , Lydia could you exchange the boot rack and the manolo blahnik rack....just switch them so that when you show us your outfit in the mirror we have your pretty shoes to take in rather than the black boots 😊 ....obviously whatever you do is great but the heels are much prettier to take in....

Loving the new place! a great tip for the wreath is to buy another one or two for a dining table. Occasionally, also place the wreath on the kitchen island with the flower vase in the center of it.
Add some lit candles for a romantic dinner tablescape. Happy living Lydia.

You should look into getting Waterford Crystal Glasses. They're beautiful. It's the same crystal company that showcase in the chandeliers in the White House and the Ball in Times Square on NYE. Being from Waterford I had to give it the plug ;)

Love the new house decor content. I would actually suggest switching the shoes and the handbags in your dressing room. The handbag display is so nice and would look lovely next to the mirror.
I don't know what you're planning to do for floors in your studio (I imagine this is like...a home gym?) but it's worth looking into stall mats! They're black rubber mats that are sold from agricultural supply stores and they are apparently a popular choice for gyms to use because you can leave your floor underneath and they protect it. My sister is a weight lifter and put these mats over tiles and has never had any issue with her plates falling and breaking the tiles or anything crazy like that. They usually put them over concrete flooring to help animals who are standing on them, it's easier on their joints.
Anyway, worth looking into!
I actually LOVED the room with the bar! it would look surreal all white with just a black bar!!!! Can you imagine? I would even paint the snooker white!!! Loving your updates KEEP THEM COMING!!!!

try and get hold of zoflora in the scent 'bouquet' it's the best, i expected it to be too flowery but it's more like perfume, I leave a sinkful of hot water and zoflora over night and my kitchen smells lovely the next day x

SO many people don't know about zoflora. its amazing!! its always £1 in tesco for a massive one! I use it with my ecloth mop too, when I can't be bothered steaming the floor I can quickly spray the floor and mop something off it
