I forgot to mention that the bonus crit hit % you receive from Crime and Chaos path (C&C) depends on the level of the path. The bonus is as follows for every wanted level: - C&C Level 8: 1% - C&C Level 9: 2% - C&C Level 10: 3% - C&C Level 11: 4% - C&C Level 12: 5%
You can proc defensive riposte everytime you engage and disengage. Though its 50-50, its still better than to just re engage with taunt. I always finish my turn with my swordsman disengaged since my helmet has the stamp where he gains riposte everytime he is engaged by an enemy. I took bulwark instead of counterattack, since defensive riposte does the job of counter attack already. But the biggest thing about it is everytime you engage you get 70% protection, and fury everytime you disengage. So AoO basically does no damage. I dont have use for inspire from CA since i have a warhorse as my 2nd lieutenant. I use its inspire skill and the lieutenant skill on my swordy so each engage and disengage, i generate two valour. Extreme difficulty really depletes valour points quick, so i dont engage without it.
Thank you for your feedback, I really appreciate it 😊 And great question. No reason really other than I forgot! So thank you for spotting this. For the 2nd oil, there are only 2 options in my view. Sharpening oil (+10% crit hit) or strength oil (50% chance to increase strength for 3 rounds). I prefer sharpening oil since it increases our burst dmg and normally, I'm not looking for a fight to last 3 rounds (especially ones that have reinforcements!). However, I haven't tested whether the buff stacks if we hit multiple times per turn - probably something I will test once I'm finished with the Belerion DLC. If it does stack, it is definitely worth considering since we're planning to hit a lot of times per turn 😊
I love your video. Your explanation is very easy to understand. Just curious though, have you tried using 2H sword instead of sword/shield for this build?
Thank you for the feedback ❤️. I have tried it but not extensively with this build. I'll probably give this a go if I were to play another season of Wartales 😊

That is a lot of useful information! Thank you so much! I'll be sure to incorporate this in my next playthrough.
Is the stamp on the helmet called "Enhanced Visibility" by any chance?
@@brendel90 yes
Nice content, easy to follow your thought process.
Is there any reason that you don't apply a second oil to your weapon?

The upgraded Counter-Attack changes everything 😮😮😮
It sure does!
