    Great video as always. I am doing dropshipping as a side hustle (started with almost nothing), and it's paying off last few months. I have really good income that I am considering to quit my regular job because I don't really like it xD. Consistency and hard work will always pay off at the end (with a little bit of winnerzila of course).

    you mean you want us to get customers for you so you can sell your services to, and we should still pay you $497? That's really sleek! Good one!

    • @notarynerds
      @notarynerds  3 месяца назад +2

      Thank you! For clarity's sake this is more about YOU making 10k in 7 days than you 'getting customers for me so I can sell my services'. Because I know that you probably struggle in 1) knowing what your expertise is 2) identifying an audience with a big problem that you can help....I'm giving you an opportunity to utilize my proven expertise at a significant discount. Teaching someone (and providing the tools) how to circumvent the mortgage banking system so that they can buy land or real property is way more valuable than $497.
      And as mentioned in the video. You don't have to do this with me. This framework works with any industry and any expert. All you need to do is have a group of people who have a problem that your expertise (or the expert that you hire) can solve. It's an idea that took me way too long to come up with. But it really is a good one if I must say so myself.

    • @bitokay147
      @bitokay147 3 месяца назад

      lol just copy the business model from the video_ Test it on your own - find a problem so many problems consumers have - If you are helping people they will spend. You got this. Let these videos inspire you and streamline this to your own. Test it until you master it to your own services.

    You talked about timing, huh!! I need thousands of dollars to get out of foreclosure! Sounds like this could work for me.

    • @notarynerds
      @notarynerds  3 месяца назад +3

      Listen...I was facing foreclosure in 2018 and sold my house the day before the auction was scheduled. I did not want to sell, but that foreclosure notice was my final sign. I had 30 days to get UNEMOTIONAL, use my expertise as a real estate broker, and get the most money possible for my property in its CURRENT condition. I priced it at 179k. It sold at 209k in less than 30 days. Don't feel like you can stay the course and figure it out. Time is not on your side. And while you MAY (depending on your state's law) be able to recover some of your equity (if you end up getting foreclosed on) it is better to get it on the market and get the absolutely most that you can. You need a BROKER who can help you get your house on the market and find something else for you to buy with OWNER FINANCING. If you were in Tennessee I could absolutely help you. I wish you the most success!!

    • @notarynerds
      @notarynerds  3 месяца назад +2

      @@realityrealestate5755 If you have an expensive expert then you would be correct. Here are your expenses: 1: The time and energy spent inviting people to your event 2: The fee you pay the expert 3: The prorated cost of the Zoom fee for that event 4: The 3%ish transaction fee that will be paid to the payment processors (Klarna, Afterpay etc.) So the rest is yours. Which should be significant if you priced your event appropriately and negotiated a fair rate for the expert.

      @@notarynerdsI thought zoom was free, there's a fee now? Wait let me make sure im understanding this right. Our only job is to invite ppl (leads) to your zoom training, then we're paid 10k in 7 days? We get our 10k, pay the expert or person doing the zoom training, depending what their price is. So what is the script we'll use for that convo with the expert & what do we say to our list of invites to get them to commit to the zoom event?. Sounds interesting though.

    • @patriciataylor1925
      @patriciataylor1925 3 месяца назад +1

      Sounds pretty much right, so you’re not actually making 10K in 7 days. It would be cool to see a breakdown of that in real time so we can have some sort of idea what to expect.

    • @notarynerds
      @notarynerds  3 месяца назад +1

      @@patriciataylor1925 Correct, you could make way more than 10k in 7 days. It really depends on how good you are at marketing/inviting. As far as breakdown of what to expect, you can comfortably use 10% margins on this and be well within the cost required to execute on this type of venture.

    I definitely like some of your content, but this is multilevel marketing. It's so wrong to prey on people struggling financially & take the last of what little they have. Mentoring someone looks completely different than a webinar. If you did this to my family......

    • @notarynerds
      @notarynerds  20 дней назад

      You were wise not to complete your last sentence. The comment you made communicates that your mindset is one of an employee and your experience in entrepreneurship is extremely limited. It also communicates that you’re not familiar with multi level marketing. As such, understand that entrepreneurship in a nutshell is solving the problems of others. Just as communicated in the video; if you aren’t solving a problem it won’t work. Sometimes, it is necessary to outsource. Outsourcing is hiring another professional to solve a problem that you can not solve yourself. Think of a home repair. When your plumbing goes out, assuming you are not a plumber, you would hire a plumber to do the repair. If your mind allowed you to believe my video promoted multi level marketing, then your mind also thinks hiring a plumber is multi-level marketing. While I am not a fan of multilevel marketing, it is a business model that works for some. However, your lack of business knowledge shone through on your comment earning this reply. I’m glad you enjoy some of my content. I hope that you continue to educate yourself in entrepreneurship and business.
