Being young, being kid... it's tough. Things that grown ups take for granted like: bonding with others by doing stuff together (not chickening out and coming up with excuses), understanding that band is never "me" it's always "us" and being in a band means being in something bigger than yourself... putting 110% for that thing that you believe in and to trust others do the same and never question other members dedication or effort... These things aren't inherent to us, we learn them over time. And it's great to see someone get an experience where they learn something valuable about social interaction and how to get along with people without being ran over. I don't care that "she's not in it for real"... I care that she learns something from the experience that'll make her a better and stronger person.

Jessica Kate back then what was popular was the good stuff glam metal thrash metal and some hard rock but now its pop and dubstep and if you talk with someone and you say you like Meshuggah Children of Bodom Shadows Fall Testament Metallica Motley Crue or Disturbed they see you as a freak my sister does that and thinks im a freak for listening to this its kind of sad :( I live in Spain I thought that there will be a ton of rockers and metalheads here but no theres just people who listen to shitty music like rap flamenco and a shitty genre called regueton and me I wish to go back to mexico city where the metal scene is still alive

Also, I'm a metalhead, and I despise the ideas of bullying, homophobia, racism, and sexism all the same. And I believe metal actually HELPED me become the person I am today. So those metalheads you mentioned are people I would never associate myself with.
