Don't you think in the last step in phosphorescence when the electron comes back to it's ground state after relaxing some time at triplet state will again change it's spin because according to Pauli's exclusion principle two spins can't be same.? Also, could you please make the video detailing triple state formation, why do we have this triple state and what factors affecting things are there? Also, why some materials show triple state formation and some not?
For the first question you are absolutely right, I have done a small mistake. The spin should be opposite for the paired electrons according to Pauli. Sure I will further discuss in more videos so that it will be clear. Briefly, I think, the triplet and singlet states is due to the intrinsic properties of the materials.
