CHEERS!!! I followed this guide to replace a broken indicator which had been hit by a small stone and had made a small hole letting water in. The main dealer wanted over £600 to repair saying it would have to be the complete new mirror. So after watching this I managed to get a new BMW indicator online for £65, now that’s a huge saving!! A big thank you to the poster of this clip 👏

Randomly search this and your video came up thanks buddy it was really helpful also you never showed how to take the clip out for the indicator power supply but I managed to take it apart and put it together without having to disconnect the indicators also a tip for others i slightly chipped my mirror closer to the horns but from the bottom where the mirror connects I didnt tuck it into the lip in the inner side hopefully others keep that in mind but good video
@@TheAdrianbrodi Nope, you do not need to take out. Just move the mirror down as much you can and will make a little space above to insert the screwdriver... check out in the video carefully... :) Good luck!
Man I bought 3 different G20 carbon fiber mirror for my 2021 M340i and all doesn’t fit …… do you know where can get the real carbon mirror for my G20 2021 M340i ?
Ohhh man, that’s sucks! This is an issue, plenty of dealers selling fake products. One of my reliable source is www.dm-autoteile.de/Set-Spiegelkappen-Original-Carbon-hochglanz-passt-fuer-BMW-3er-G20-G21-auch-Performance-M3_1 Try this out. Of course is not the cheapest but should work properly. Good luck.
Yes, no problem to fold them. I just switched off the automatic folding due to simple reason: they look better not folded! :-) But when you need to fold just push the closing button a bit longer and will close it...

Its more easyer to put first the mirror out, so you can damage this, and then remove the cap 🙂
That shape makes a terrible wind noise from the mirrors😢
