Hey Don. This is great man. I was looking for a pedal to use on stage with my acoustic trio, somebody told me te check out this NUX Optima pedal, I go to You Tube and look who's demoing the thing: one of my favorite guitarplayers!!!! 😀Ok, I'm convinced, so I ordered it five minutes ago! Can't wait to have it! BTW, I hope to see you perform again on the Noorder Gitaar Dag in 2024 here in Zuidbroek, I'm having contact about it with Suzanne! Regards, Coos👍
It would be great if someone (you Don?) would show how the editing software works. How to load a third party IR-file into the pedal, for instance. Or how to modify an existing IR and save it as a preset. The manual is not very helpful. Thanks for making this video and I hope you make one explaining the software. Kind regards, Ronald
Great demo my friend I’m looking for an acoustic Di like this that will give me more tonal options on my acoustic electric ukulele for live shows and videos.
Heya, Does anyone know if I would still need a DI box for acoustic guitar if I had this pedal? My guitar also runs into 2 or 3 effect pedals. Thanks so much
How did you get your pc to recognize the pedal? I can't even update the firmware. And I'm on my second brand-new unit demonstrating the exact same lack of performance.
Here's the perfect review..get a D45, D28, J45 and others.....compare them one to one with the Optima air settings....see if you can set up the pedal to match the instrument.

well demonstrating this kind of stuff in a video is very tough and to it at a high level would be a bit costly. Rent or borrrow the pedal and play with it in person and that might change your mind. Whether that becomes useful in a live performance situation all depends on the artist using the pedal
Great work, brother 👍
thanks so much cheers
Excellent playing
thanks much

Sounds great with acoustics. Electric guitar was terrible.
