Rocket is easily the most underrated character in this whole series.. Rocket lost his alpha status and swallowed his pride to genuinely join Caesar because he saw what Caesar was doing for apes Rocket became one of caesars most trusted followers and genuine brother. He sacrifices himself twice to help Caesar and in the final scene when Caesar dies rocket is the first one to notice and walk towards him.. not once did he ever try to betray Caesar and not once did he ever do anything in a selfish manner.
It's because he's a true alpha. He recognizes when he's been defeated, and recognizes who is top dog and who is not. When Caesar gave him ALZ-113, his mind became clear, and he understood Caesar fully.
I wish we had gotten a scene of Rocket mourning his son's death. Ash was executed for not killing a human when Koba ordered him to do it. He was the only one we saw openly defy Koba and show loyalty to Caesar while they herded the humans.

the virus that was killing humans, the one spread by the pilot, is the same thing that makes the apes intelligent.
Nice to see actors who have been canceled it's like wow they looked cool before they weren't
Lol koba wasn’t throwing Maurice off that balcony doe😂😂
This is just perfect 💯😍
Bro used footage from red dead redemption 2 and thought we wouldn't notice
I’m sorry but what happing to Caesar Son I thought he would be the next leader, unless 300 years an now hes son is dead to , can someone explain please
it’s a super far time skip, ceasers family has passed away
you serious?
@@donlee4238yea the new movie is 300 years into the future. The orangutan the follows noah says that all of ceasers followers were eventually hunted down and killed over the years. Leaving him and only noah now to be his followers.
It’s probable that his descendants exist, but we’re 300 years into the future

Definitely jacked the thumbnail design & the "this many years" later title over the characters of the movie being discussed, from another creator. I literally clicked because i thought this was his channel. I'm not knocking your actual content. Love smaller creators looking to grow. But if you're going to copy the homework assignment then at least change up a few things before turning it in..
And you definitely have too much time on your hand, maybe mind your own business..... cry baby
Such a great franchise
Pretty good recap (although a bananas story). Good narrator.
Maurice the goat bro
Omg this guy is Edward Sallow’s furrsona. Ave true to Caesar indeed.
This movie was not bad. But it simply did not live up to the trilogy so I cannot put it in my personal cannon
Canon with one N. And it’s canon whether you like it or not
Its so weird I get she's aggressive and didn't want to leave her cell to protect her baby but then she breaks out and runs amok like you said why how is that protecting her baby even if they got her out of the cell she should have been trying to get back in the cell or to stop them from going into the cell I guess she figured if she ran away they'd chase her and leave her baby alone but that wasn't my initial thought when seeing that I was like it seems like she's abandoning her baby rather than protecting him lol
Caesar like Moses was able to lead his people to The Chosen land but Caesar like Moses was not allowed to enter the chosen land
And after a couple of millennia ape superior scientists try to discover a drug for Alzheimer's disease essentially continuing the circle, but this time horses become intelligent
I honestly felt the most bad to winter cause he had really kinda no choice it was either he will die if he dose not leak anything but he should have told Cesar at least and explain to him that he had no choice so yeah kinda felt bad for winter
Oh, my god, i was wrong, it was earth all along.
i love this vid
I don't mean to be THAT guy, but it wouldnt be the first time an ape has spoken considering humans are classified as apes...
41:04 pretty sure raka says, "Together strong".
The movie Is like watching a history video of the entire Roman Empire
1:13 - I'm just wondering how many people recognized the Verdon & Burke reference🤔
An Old roman saying was that “societies grow great, when pepole plant trees under whoose shade!” Proximus ceasar clearly hadet heard that one, or dident listen to it!
A113 in a lot of pixar too
What i like about dreafes. Who is seen as the villan in dawn isnt really a villan. He is judt some guy who wants humans to be able to live in peace the way the used to before the pandemic. He only wants to go in ape territory to get more humans to rebuild society.
Monkey with gun kills all humans but didn't want two. BOOM THAT'S THE MOVIE
39:35 i love when youtube's do that annoying dramatic vocal fry like they're about to burst into tears lol
I find it funny the wormhole is just a footnote in the first movie.
I don't think Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes was set 300 years after the original, with several generations being the keyword and apes living only 45 years at most, so no more than 120 years at most.
That’s cool that you don’t think that. It’s part of the lore for the movie so…
ABD?!?!?! Why didnt i know this channel
It's always hilarious how, no matter what his character's name actually was, he will always be Draco Malfoy
28:18 AHA Nova makes her debut... 46:18 TWO Nova(s)?!?!
