can't help but think of Philadelphia's 105.3 WDAS fm whenever i hear this song. i grew up hearing this nearly everyday out there throughout the 1990's. i no longer live there now but this song takes me to those days every time. great melodies, great harmonies. bonified classic here.

For real! He was not only lead on this song, but also lead on "Darling Darling Baby." (Another of my all time favorites). All the while, he was suffering from multiple sclerosis and, sometimes, barely able to perform dance moves on stage at live performances. Much love to him and the O'Jays!
