Leaving the North Island. Part#4. Hikoi's and The Strait.

One big day to go to get to the South Island and home to Tasman. Early start and a ride to Wellington. What's going to stop me? The rusty old ferries that break down or the Hikoi march that arrives in the capital at the same time as I do with potential grid lock to the city.
It's a great day, had lunch with one of my sons, marched in the Hikoi and got to check out an awesome 2016 CVO Street Glide and then get an escort home into the sunset and into the night. If you haven't experience that then it's worth it.
