Wow, this documentary is simply amazing.Not only the wonderful demonstration of forms of different beautiful styles but very very artfull and stylish filmed... NICE!!!!
as far as applying choy lee fut in a combat situation, i though the lacey brothers were the best at applying their style in a realistic manner, they would always strike hard and fast in order to show what it can do. Oddly enough i didn't see a lot of footage of these guys doing CLF forms
