DJ Paul opened up to VladTV about Three 6 Mafia's beef with Bone Thugs back in the day, which was later ended before things came to blows between the two groups.
DJ Paul explained that diss tracks were released by Three 6, aimed at Bone Thugs, and he has suspicions that Bone Thugs dissed them on with their feature on B.I.G.'s last album "Notorious Thugs." The line in question: We mean mug, Mo Thugs/Trained to be perfect, disciples/When it's survival tongue, never double-edged sword/Triple, six rivals spittin' fire/This the real truth, b****/Breakin' out for lies."
To hear more of what DJ Paul had to say, including his friendship with Gucci Mane, hit the above clip. Развлечения

Lmao "i wasnt even trippin' that song was jammin"
I wouldn’t either that song is legendary lol
😅😎 right
The only 36 that was tongue twisting was lord infamous and koopsta. The rest : gangsta boo, dj paul, crunchy, and juicy j were NOT tongue twisting for most of their raps
@@nystagmus Gangsta Boo did the triplet occasionally too the rest really didnt
Which song 🤣🤣
I literally died when he did that bizzy bone impersonation
juiCEMAniaTV I can't stop rewinding it.
+4nowlaters I just got off work and immediately came back to watch that part again 😂 😂 😂
juiCEMAniaTV RIP
juiCEMAniaTV r u a female
Rip
Both Bone Thugs and 36 have paved the way 4 this generation.
And tommy wright
Factttts!!
You can’t listen to any current rapper and not head a project Pat influence
Who is here after the "GLAD" interview with Crunchy black?
I'm not but I had to watch that shit.... he a fool wit it lol.
Three 6 Mafia and Bone Thugs n Harmony ..The Best and most underrated rap groups theres ever been . Imagine if they would of made a Album together in the 90s
I wouldn't say underrated because they were popular as fuck in their time. Under appreciated in this era for sure though
Not underrated just not widely appreciated, but dont be forgettin bout the wu tang
Underrated 😂 I can tell ur young.....they were never underrated they were one of the hottest rap groups of all time😂😂
Matthew Porter-mendez Bone Thugs are overrated & Three 6 Mafia are underrated but both are dope
Juan Orozco triple 6 > bone thugs
Bone Thugs N Harmony- Look Into My Eyes (Explicit Version) Krazyie Bone verse...He dissed 3-6,Twista,Do Or Die,and Crucial Conflict 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
rae soprano they all cool now everybody grew up
Tore into their asses...
What makes a nigga think he can bite my shit an call his shit orginal,,,,,,,,, he went in
@@bruceaskew2107 that shit was weak as water
@@YoMajest2010 Wasn't nothing about that song weak.
Thank You DJ Paul For Clarifying This: The Midwest & The South Have Similarities And We Have Family Ties To Each Other. 💯
Today’s hip hop is a blend of Bone and three 6. No debating that!
Tommy Lee facts
I would love that but all I see is mumble rap tbh
bizzy bone the father of mumble rap but he made it sound just so melodic
Bizzy sounded like he was singinand rappin at the same damn time. Nobody has harmonized rap like Bone. It's like they were meant to be.
A lotta artists be taking from Memphis rappers these days
For those who dont know... Bone's entire 3rd album 'The Art Of War' was addressing all beefs between themselves and Twista, Crucial, and the Mafia. A double disk of about 40 songs, coming at everybody throat! Wasnt nobody fuckin wit Bone 💯
Jersey Mac Calm down, that record is garbage with only 3 good songs off a double disk. Their only real good record from front to back is E1999.
@@Virtual_Vinsanity you sir is a clown that album was banging not to mention double platinum. Now bow down to the Harmony Gods
@@Virtual_Vinsanity Garbage? Ok that tells everything. If you were to make some good points you shouldn't have said garbage .
@@Virtual_Vinsanity you dumb!! 3?? Look Into My Eyes, Body Rott, If I Could Teach The World, Hatin Nation, Let The LAW End, Ready 4 War, Wasteland Warriors, U Aint Bone
@@Virtual_Vinsanity you trippin boi :D
I came up on Triple 6 and Bone Thugs. They both put out great music.
They should do a versus!
@@benjaminthomas3372 nah they gay like u😂
@@benjaminthomas3372 bruh
these was the good ole days of rap Bone whole Art of War album was a diss record at everybody a double album of diss songs but 3-6 was snapping back as was Twista Do or Die an Conflict GOLDEN ERA OF RAP!!!
Verzus next should be Cash Money Verzus No Limit.
That’ll be dope✅✅✅
It’s on P and Birdman
We need a bone album produced by dj paul!
Kevin Burr yeah they might have a decent album again.
Kevin Burr HELL YA!
That would be dope
Could work, possibly...
We're about to get a Krayzie Bone album that's produced by DJ Paul. This shit gonna be 🔥
if Tupac was mad at Bone Thugs for using the word Thug. Oh my God if he was alive now I wonder what would happen to Young Thug
Tupac would of been in his 40s not worried about that lol
like you ould know lol
Money Matters he would Lmfao
Money Matters what does that mean suge was in his dam 40s acting all types of dumb. oj beat murder then lost his mind and pistol whipped dudes in Vegas way past 40. Famous arrogant people stay that way. Pac had more soul than those two combined but the fact remains he could still b wild.
greenghost3737 Pac was different then the people you just named he wouldn’t of been on no fuckery
Watch this be a throwback in less than 24 hours.
lol
DJ Paul seems like the coolest cat ever
Just dont leave your drank around him or your drank gonna get drunk up.
I swear i was walking in my city in michigan with a cousin we both saw paul swear to god drive past us
4 Virtues 4 Truths
😂😂😂😂 I caught dat
It wasn't a diss, it was a compliment, triple 6 rivals spitting fire
Nah Bizzy ment that Bone was spitting fire, not tripple six. Read the following bar and youll see.
@@berrafatale25yearsago87 I read it as 6 rivals spitting fire is bone and biggie.
Bone Thugs N Harmony - U Ain't Bone
🔥🔥💯
#Underrated.!.
Zuriel Love And "Retaliation" on the intro of Art of War was nasty!!!! 🔥🔥
Zuriel Love definitely one of the best diss songs in rap
Zuriel Love Krayzie also dissed them on his Thug Mentality album, World War
KrayzieBeatz that album is great
Cocky Streetz Last verse goes hard bruh 🔥 and i subscribed 💯
three six mafia n bone thugs true rap legends
Bone thugs flow/style is not a Midwest thing nor a Cleveland thing. It's a Bone thugs n harmony thang
💯💯💯💯
Jabin Villa fuck you bonez
AllOriginal79 naw it was a Freestyle Fellowship thing....even the voices were bitten.
O.G. Nemesis If BTNH bit FF & other people style where did everybody else get it from
So true bone thugs it's a style of his own which originated everything we hear now. End of. No one was ready for bone no pac no big. Rappers from the future. Peace out

@@mrprime9957 They don't know
Yeah from the context of the verse it's seems like it. He said you willing to die for this. Triple six rivals. Cold song! I never knew he was talking about them.
three 6 ....MY OGs
Bone and triple six my fav groups ever too. Gr8 interview
Who here after the Verzuz 🤔
I only found out they had beef a couple months ago and I'm a fan of both groups. Back then it wasn't as easy to find out who was beefing unless it was super public. They are both legendary groups!! They both have very different sounds.
It's true, about the Midwest and South because my grandmother kept her southern accent for the rest of her life so when I hear "southern rap tune" sound, it's like MAN it's good to hear that sound again.
Same as me and I'm from Michigan 😂💯💯
That Tupac and Bone Thugz song is 🔥🔥🔥
Which one u think went harder, thug luv or notorious thugs? Imo I gotta say thug luv especially the screwed and chopped version
"we all gone die we bleeed through similar vein"
Domo Gotti Thug love
LMAO 😂😂 HEEELLLLLLL NAW...Great argument to have, but Notorious Thugs damn near single-handedly marked an evolution in rap music.
LMAO 😂😂 HEEELLLLLLL NAW...Great argument to have, but Notorious Thugs was one of those songs that damn near single-handedly marked an evolution in rap music.
... and then Tommy Wright III came back and dissed Bone Thugs because he saw what they said about Memphis in that Vibe article.
Paul Espinoza that was way before this song came out
Bone Punks N Harmony
Tommy Wright III is the only fool that still has active beef with Bone from back in the days but it's one sided because Bone still hasn't acknowledged his existence lol.
Kools Anthony
Was it called thuggish ruggish bustaz??
@@adamrose8597 lmao facts 😂
DJ Paul look like he could be Schoolboy Q blood cousin
CPT2LA but he is really AP9 blood cousin
Schoolboy Q and Lord infamous look alike
Hey I got love for both group man.
Bone is the best rap group all time in my opinion, they had smash hits
MrLeunta They STILL ARE. Death Row next. I miss No Limit and Bone more than any group.
Wu-Tang for me. Bone in my top 5 tho!
WU-TANG!
Yeah but they had what 2 good albums?
What about a tribe called quest
Still going strong, much love and respect for Dj Paul KOM
Here for the glasses sliding down his nose ...again
Take a drink everytime DJ Paul fix his shades.
Up there up there 🔥
They slept.... but u right though brotha.
Whos here after the verzuz
wow and i was just watching dj paul old interviews couple hours ago and this just got uploaded
GREAT INTERVIEW FUNNY AS HELL
I always thought Flesh N Bone dissed 36 on "Foe Tha Luv Of Money" when he said " To pick up the triple 6 thug and pop em for murder for robbing the dope house"
Wig Splitta man I have always thought this as well
Wig Splitta yup I was in that two bone got at them twice. Then maybe again on art of war album, with " u ain't bone song" but that could've been a crucial conflict diss
There wus posed to b a sixth member I’m goin out on a limb here n say it wus Wally but he got murdered RIP
But ya so that’s what the 5th dawg is referring too lol hence why he’s called “the 5th dawg” the triple 6 thug would b the sixth member of bone named Wally
FluentInfluence the guy pictured most on the creeping on the come up record.
He didn’t even know who they were back then. Matter of fact why would u think that back when this came out nobody knew who they were
36 and Bone made the sound of today... crunk beats and melodic flow
Paul's vibe is so dope. The fact that he can laugh about the diss track. He a real one.
As well as Twista, Gangsta Pat, Synpaz, Graveyard Soulders and Crucial Conflict.
TonyFlymingo tommy Wright lll
TonyFlymingo grave yard soldjas in the 🏠 too
Bone was one of my favorites too. Im glad they cool now
After watching tonight's versus.....they was definitely talkin bout them in that song lol!
It’s cool to see this dude laughing about that diss line years later. #maturity
I still listen to the Live by your rep album. There was a Memphis rapper named Tommy Wright the III that had a bone diss song as well which was Thuggish Ruggish Bustaz.
dmcintosh85 shit was funny but it was a good diss
dmcintosh85 yea Tommy Wright III got off on his too
dmcintosh85 Memphis shit
They had like 100 groups in memphis dissin bone
i got that shit on my playlist now
Even do or die got into it where they were dissing bone on that heads or tails album!!! Even with that thug luv beat!!!👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿
“I wasn’t even mad, this mfr jammin.” Lmao
Hell yea. This is a great interview for vladtv. Bone n Triple six 4life
DJ Paul was always an influence of mine back in the day on the beat making side of things
VLAD lowkey be trying to instigate lmao
i thought there weren't many people noticed that bizzy bone line
cortez smith Memphians noticed it.
Don't think he dissing
i see you everywhere
He's always so cool!
So down to earth
"Twistin" was CLEARLY a Midwest thing. Yes others did it but Twista, Crucial Conflict, Do or Die, Father Tyme, (Chicago and Gary) Bone(Cleveland)... Actually the south wasnt known for twistin like that. And I'm the biggest fan of all those groups. I probably was the biggest 36/Triple 6 fan.
TCthaCrisis u stupid the south had twisting too street military was doing it
Can’t forget about tech n9ne
Dj sound, Nigga kreep, 196 crucifix, Ridgecrest Mafia.
Three 6ix was on the bottom when it came to underground Memphis
TCthaCrisis I'm a huge fan of both groups, but as far as diss songs in Hip-Hop/Rap history, Live By Yo Rep by Three 6 Mafia is never mentioned in greatest diss songs. The first and last verses that Lord Infamous rapped on was fuckin' ridiculous.
Kevin Lester the bottom?
Nigga Vlad is late, Bizzy Bone dissed 3-6 is Notorious Thugs while Biggie dissed Pac. Bizzy also dissed 3-6 on his first solo single When Thugs Cry I believe.
ol' school Tony Carter Paul dissed bone in Tear The Club Up. "When I look into your eyes I see a coward"...
edylc one damn you right didn't catch that line. Bone came out with Look into my eyes in 97 and Year the club97 came out that year
They all got so much love
Yes they did I have been saying it since the very day it came out
He is killing me wit them damn shades..y wear them if they can’t stay on ur face 😎
That's why if you watch Lil' Jon's I don't Give A Fuck video, during Krayzie Bone's verse, the camera pans over and its DJ Paul, Juicy, and La Chat chillin there. The beef had been squashed for a few years already but it was a big deal seeing them together.
DJ Paul is cool as fuck, he can literally fit in with anybody in hip hop. Much respect
I was at that Bone and DJ Paul show in the Chicago suburbs. They put on a great show. It wasn't Da Mafia 6ix though. It was Bone, Paul, La Chat, and Lil Wyte.
I will always love Bone they are the originators
I beg to differ, Jaz-O and Jay-Z are The Originators.
Vlad need to interview
Crucial Conflict & Psyco Drama. Them cats have some of the funniest stories.
DJ Paul gives a great interview
I was yoo young during Mystic Styles, and the whole Three Six and Bone thing, who happen to be my 2 favorite groups ever....but i went back and I remember when Lord, who could really too through his words like bone but the styles were different for sure, Lord always had his own unique style whether he did the Infamous or Scarecrow style, did a dope verse on "live by to rep" callin them out by their names at The beginning of each bar in the verses. It was dope, but I nvr realized that line on "Notorious thugz" that's tough, and I know they we're LIT during the recording lol
When it's survival, tongue is a double-edged sword
Triple six rivals spittin' fire
bone was dissing them on the art of war
Mista Black YES!!!
Bone was dissing everybody LOL crucial conflict , do or die, children of the ghetto, twista, tommy wright. They even beefed with the dogg pound.
COD wasnt out yet how could bone diss them on the art of war and i dont think they dissed tommy wright nether cause I'm hearing that they never hear that wack diss
And yea bone had beef with the dogg pound before they started beefing with twista do or die and crucial conflict cause of the deathrow and ruthless beef
@@YoMajest2010 Thuggish Ruggish Bustaz
It’s hella cool that he could laugh about it now.
Crazy this 4 years ago and he said they cool now got songs together shows together everything. Fast forward to today and they on versus fighting lmao
Bone were signed to Ruthless Records. Ruthless Records at the time was distributed by Relativity.
horchatax3 Wrong. Red Distribution and Epic Distribution. Realativity was much much later.
He says "triple Six rivals spitting fire" in the song so he really wasn't dissing them when he said that other than saying they rivals. I'd take it as a compliment
Yeah seems like he was saying to be honest they spit fire " triple six rivals spittin fire thats the real truth bitch"
Where can i find the interview or any info about the altercation between 3-6 & bone thugs in memphis?
Hold on I'll try to find the link to it, it's not on yt, least I don't think it is
juiCEMAniaTV Coo lemme know
this video boutta be a flash back
Vlad interviewed Bone and told them they are one of his favorite groups. But he's in this interview asking if Bine and Three 6 dissed each other on songs. Everybody knows they did. How is Vlad gonna ask if Bone made any diss tracks when their 2nd most successful album is a 2 disc album that is mostly all disses to who they were beefing with at the time. And side note; that's cool of Paul to day he researched it a little bit
three 6 mafia songs where they diss bone
live by yo rep
be a witness
so high 94 version
lay it down
last man standing
lets start a riot skinnypimp version
tear da club up 97
Tear da club up was aimed at a Memphis artist I wana say Playa fly but don't quote me on that
last man standing is honestly one of the best songs I ever heard
tear the club up was a bone diss "when I look into your eyes face to face I see a coward"Paul said that in response to Look into my eyes by Bone
And a whole album
Smoke-N-Bone nigga live by yo rep badass song
Super positive energy. Bone thugs n harmony and a 3-6 mafia album would be wild Horror rap.
Good combo
Those Glasses Don't Fit You Lmaoo
They both threw jabs at each other in multiple songs. Twista had some lyrics dissing Bone too. And few others did too.
Who else is here after the versus?
Here after the Bone vs 36 Mafia battle 🔥
my thang about this bone & 3-6 old beef.. how can u bite some one style if u never of them ???
Mista Black exactly! They were on opposite sides of the map!
I don't think y'all realize how close the South and Midwest are. Most of the people in the Midwest moved from the South. So chances are Someone in Bone has a cousin in Memphis who put them on 3/6 music. Not saying they stole their style though.
If they never heard of them then why were they beefin lol and you act like triple six mafia are a small unknown group they have a fucking Oscar.
Plus they sound NOTHING alike
Yeah they where talking about you😂
.....wye come from the bone side ah the stadium ....forever got ah lo ing ear fah triple six tapes .....two powerful the both ah them gangs be .. ...peace!!
Respect to dj paul
three 6 mafia - lay it down was a bone diss too
Off course bizzy was talkin' about them, he knows that, is pretty obvious....
Jus here after seeing the fight on Verzus! 👀 🤣
i need that hoodie!!
what brand is it?
I'll say this while Bone Thugs may not have an Oscar. They won a Grammy way before Three 6 Mafia. And who really cares about an Oscar in music the Grammy is the Holy Grail
But nowadays they'll give anybody a fucking grammy..so that aint saying much...
BONETHUGS & TRIPLESIXMAFIA 4 LIFE
Even though south is the best Midwest is the pioneer to speed rap and fastest flows
Rasul Daniels 😂
Thats dope he is givin bone love.no hard feelings,
Wow I never caught that either. I loved bone thugs when I was a kid. E 99 was the first album I ever bought. Listened to that album hundreds of times. Down 71 was the shit.
dirty del Down 71 goes hard from the courthouse skit to Krayzie Bone flowing at the end. Classic.
Three 6 or bone thugs is a fuckin debate
AA true
AA yup facts
AA bone hands down!
At that time 95-97!
AA tough one
Three 6 made a diss album lmao. And I thought that Notorious Thugs diss was super obvious
