Hey Shinny glasses!! Good to see you back on the scene!! Employers need to take care of their employees. Cut the bad ones loose and move on. They will not have a hard time replacing people if they have a good reputation for taking care of their employees. Looking forward to seeing your next post. As usual be careful and stay safe out there my dude!
Yeah bro this is a serious problem now and days and a lot people feel like you should just take it like it's cool because you new to driving 😂😂 that's definitely a no go for me. Definitely to each his own on all of that.
i feel like there's nothing better and i can understand ppl who want to do the samething over and over. i got away from a beer delivery job making $20 an hour to a fuel hauling, thinking i would make much more. but then when i got here, i calculated and it seems like i'd be making that same $20 an hour even though i'm being paid by the load. by far hauling fuel is easier but hours are longer, and with risking my health inhaling that gas vapor, it feels like it's not worth it. i'll give a year though so that i'll have more option to get hired somewhere else. i'm just not sure right now if i made a right choice or not.
Dude I feel you 100 percent !!! You really have to hustle your tail off to really make it worth it. Which really doin so only adds up to about 24 an hour if you do the math and that’s me going balls to the wall so in reality it’s not worth it. Cause you moving fast and risking a mistake. Which thankfully I haven’t had any. But you risking your license for a petty 20/24 cash when you could be making that type of money doing less risky. But as long as you have a plan bro !
Gotta come in this trucking game with a plan cause these companies don’t care about us drivers we are basically a number. Stack that money get your own truck or invest it somewhere else . Was thinking about going to marten but I already did that kinda work for awhile. I’m gonna go ahead and try tankers instead. How tanker been lately for you and are you home everyday ? I heard of a company called Oakley transport out in florida they have a few different devisions. I’m actually gonna start with them in march.
You got the right idea ! And yeah I heard of them, funny cause when I first got my tanker I was considering them. But then I wanted to do hazmat tanker. Never stop learning and adding value to your CDL. Keep getting experience in different fields of trucking.
@@TheMoeeShow for sure 🤙🏻 & I’m set up with them for march and marten I was suppose to go to them this week but I think it’s over for that. With Oakley I think it’s 2 weeks out and u get 2-3 days off & I’m pretty sure I’ll do more money in the tanker industry. & like you said it’s just the experience u gain for the future . Hazmat I do gotta get on that for me it’s renewing it every year or 2. Dealing with the pumping and all that did u find it difficult ?
People will only do to you what you allow them to. And he's allowed it for so long because he's content with it.
Really tho !!

I’m in Cleveland Ohio I’m with a smaller tanker company they started me out with 27hr I don’t think you should take any less for hauling fuel
I agree !

@@IsaiahsShow0416 I think there’s money at Oakley! And not really tbh, just like how everything else is when it’s new to you. With time you’ll get it
