My husband and I were wore pajamas in your honor and looked for you guys at the Small World lighting (for some reason I thought there was a meet up there?). Ended up sitting right next to guys at Red Rose Tavern later, but didn't feel right interrupting at that time. Funny watching this now because you couldn't have been more than 10 yards from us at the fireworks too!
Walking in those snowmen costumes for the parade would be very frustrating with how they restrict the movement. I'm always amazed by the cast members in the parades...that has always seemed like a difficult job to me!
Your party looks amazing. Wdw we get no freebies and it is 220.00 a person. We opted out this year. Decided to do a day trip to the MK and universal the rest of the week.

Do they still have a Christmas parade and fireworks show for day park visitors that don't go to the Merriest Nights party?
Anyone else get emotional when they see the castle and the fireworks? I've only been able to see Disneyland Christmas once back in 2007. It was amazing. Makes me miss my dad ❣ He wanted to go during December for his 50th birthday, unfortunately him and my mom passed before we could. Disney magic is just so much different during the holidays. 🖤

Loved the video. I noticed during the fireworks the larger higher one’s were more numerous on the left. Do you suppose it was a malfunction of some kind or the wind conditions?
The song "I'll be home for Christmas" always makes me cry, especially now that I am older and have lost some family members...the fireworks were beautiful, as was your cinematography.
Small world is my favorite ride. Though I have never been to Disneyland I ride it repeatedly when it was part of the 64-65 World’s Fair.

How do you get into the VIP seating for the parade?
You can contact Disneyland and pay for a VIP tour for the day… Sometimes they offer preferred seating with a certain dining package from Plaza in as well! 💛

Dream key holder here….had to buy my daughter a park hopper so she could visit with a friend this weekend. 😕 I sure hope to get some of the Christmas goodies on Thanksgiving when our keys work in the locks.😉

Did you guys notice the misfire and the malfunction with Believe in Holiday Magic ending .... no grand finale (large deployment of firework clusters) and the random castle misfire before the snow ending???

Yeah, it was strange to see!
It was because of the high winds. I noticed right away when it started the fireworks were being blown to the left quickly and was surprised they didn't cancel them to begin with. They will put a stop on the bigger fireworks when this happens because of the fire hazard.
I know you guys love the holiday season a christmas movie you may like "it time for me to come home for Christmas" from Hallmark movies and mysteries. Featuring Josh Henderson and Megan park.

Merriest nites was a huge letdown for the price. It felt like a deliberate cash grab and I’ll tell you why. Because Disney purposefully didn’t give us the details of the party beforehand before the tickets went on sale. If they would’ve said it’s a few live performers playing here and there a few picture spots and muppets zooming through Mainstreet and stopping in a small viewable area, we wouldn’t have paid the price. Think about that. About how few details were shared. Deliberate. I hate being negative about this place I love so much but I need to be honest. The regular day ticket Disneyland is way better. With fireworks included!
I was bummed I wasn't able to get a Merriest Land After Hours ticket before it sold out. So I got a ticket for Very Merriest at Disney World. I liked that Land had merch for their event but sad that World doesn't. I hope World gives me a better experience than the one you described above 🎅🏾 🎄

I'm a Disney World Passholder, living in Orlando. I've been to Disneyland once, but not during the Holidays. I gotta tell ya, Disneyland beats Disney World out of the water at Christmas & Halloween! Recent Subscriber to your Channel...love all your Videos!
I'm a pass holder to both coasts but cannot get a reservation to get in the parks over here! After hours event tickets sold out so I will be going to World to experience Very Merriest. Land has all the magic though

My husband and I were watching the fireworks from the Paradise Pier Hotel and we could see they suddenly stopped because of the wind. That was a shame. Thankfully there wasn't any wind the following night and we saw the whole show from inside the park. It really was spectacular. The enhancements they've made over the years are amazing.
Holidays at Disneyland are my favorite time to visit and I want to thank you for bringing me along! Seeing Kaylie, Pixar Charlie, and everyone in this video was so much fun. The holograms going on the castle was really awesome. Disney in my opinion did a fantastic job with all of the holiday festivities this year. I hope to attend Merriest Nights next year if Disney does do it. The Mad Tea Party and Autopia are my favorite attractions to do at night. It makes way for a spectacular ending to your Disney day!!

Do you guys think reservations have actually helped minimize crowds? To me it still feels pretty crowded, wait times for the more popular rides are quite long, but I didn’t go to Disney previous years so I don’t really have anything to compare it to.
