    So That Unstable Rock-Fall Has Stayed Just Like That For A Thousand Years With Painted Faces, Less Than A Millimetre Thick, Facing All The Violent Weather Events In That Total Wind-Scour!! Amazing!! British Paints Couldn't Have Done Better!! I'll Have To Drive Over And Have A Captain Cook; If It's Still There By Wednesday!!!

    I love it. Women using humour rather than abuse when the newbie can't make it through the gate but then having a good time once they are on the road.

    even though i love nature and the great outdoors, travelling is is one boring drag, you drive all day, spend 100 on diesel, then camp, much prefer Europe, 35000 town, villages in France alone

    Why do the truck companies employ fifo workers? Maybe because local drivers do not want to apply for the positions!! My thoughts only!

    Isn't enough locals to fill mining jobs. One other not so small matter. Absolutely illegal to have 3 people riding in the cab of a 2 seater truck.

    Need to get their facts right, 2011 till 2014 was boom time they couldn't get enough iron ore workers .I started March 2012 and it was full on ,some house prices Perth jumped $100,000 ,3,500 people coming into Western Australia every week ,was certainly the right time to climb onboard ,Backpackers said its slows down April May but not that year ,accommodation was full when I came back on my week off time an again,exciting time to be there ,same at the moment I've heard ,iron ore prices are high workers are highly sort after ,make the most of it,Some guys started working, big $$ bought everything on hock,car boat ,harly sound system, then later get laid off when their contact finished ,next time you see them everything got repoed and they're on the street with a begging card reading homeless donations much appreciated, Wow boom and bust times,tempted to go back

      Yes. AMT a lot of newer fleets in aussie and Nz are going AMT. It's not because people can't drive stick but better fuel economy. And certainly around town operations easier on the driver.

    Typical truck company.
    Registers truck in QLD then earns money using WA roads without paying road taxes for the WA roads they drive on

    • @southaussiegarbo2054
      @southaussiegarbo2054 3 года назад

      They still pay taxes in the different state thru fuel cost. Bc fyi rego actually pays nothing to the roads.
      They register them in qld and vic bc its strangely cheaper. Same as why airports cars are hardly ever registered from state airport in 😉.
      Rego covers insurance incase u injure another person in a crash(dont cover driver) and costs related to saying vehicle is safe(literaly very little)
      Road taxes come from fuel and ppl spending money spent in the state.

      I drove a recycle truck for a Sydney council & all our trucks had Victorian registrations.
