Where to find the Night Vision Goggles location in Metal Gear Solid

The earliest you can get the Night Vision Goggles in Metal Gear Solid is in the Nuclear Building B2. After the Ninja fight you get the level 4 keycard, allowing you to unlock more doors.
Fully explore the gas-filled floor - specifically, the south-east area's upper most room - to find the Night Vision Goggles location. Having the Gas Mask here will make the area easier to explore.
