    Is yours the MIL version? Because your reticle looks different than mine when illuminated- mine is the MOA version. You said MIL around the 10:00 mark but I just wanted to double check.

      Yes sir it's Mil/Mil although the tracking isn't true to 1/10th

      It is rated for centerfire calibers as well! If you are looking for an entry optic into long range, this is an option. But that's what I would call it, an entry optic. Hopefully that makes sense

    Great review as always, having being testing so many 5-25 scopes, how do you feel like this one stack up in the competition of the 5-25s ?

    • @GTMGunTotinMinnesotan
      @GTMGunTotinMinnesotan  6 месяцев назад +1

      I would call this the very most entry level 5 to 25 compared to the other ones that I've reviewed which are more expensive yes but also produced a little bit more properly. I'm happy that Cvlife is heading in the right direction though, and when it's on sale it's a fairly affordable option. But, I personally run 2k-4k dollar optics so I don't want to be dishonest. The budget scopes end up on airguns for me most of the time

      @@GTMGunTotinMinnesotan The main reason I asked is bc this is targeting at the same price as say an Arken SH4g2 6-24, being the similar price and magnification range. I don't see a point going with this over most other scopes at the range. Also a safer choice even bing the SWFA fixed powered scope ?

    Looks promising for $200, too bad it only has a one year warranty and do you need to send it to China for repair?

    • @GTMGunTotinMinnesotan

      Not sure, I don't do reviews on these but more so just an amazon overview for the site. The features are competitive generally, and I'd bet they'd send you a replacement optic from America/Amazon or something, but that's just a guess!

      @@GTMGunTotinMinnesotan That is a correct guess. They have warehouses here. It wouldn't make sense to ship it back .

    I don't understand your love for cheap chinese scopes (CVLIFE, Atibal), you appear to be the only one praising them when most other reviews are critical of their quality and performance. I have tried 2 of CVLIFE scopes and they are junk, money down the drain. Nothing beats American or European scopes.
    I would have hoped for a more objective & honest review.

      I never said I love those scopes compared to Japanese or German glass, I support them at their price point as they improve their companies and products. They are moving the market in the right direction as they improve and the reach a different market and customer altogether. They shouldn't be compared against optics that are not in their direct price point. Obviously I'm not comparing my Zeiss LRP S3 6 to 36 against a $300 Chinese scope. But I think that's pretty obvious, not to mention my CV life videos are all Amazon overviews not reviews.

      Looks small and chincy for a 5-25

      Here's a tip....These Optics are obviously beneath you. So Go your own way. It's Your money. Spend it however you want! For me? It's a great fit, and it has performed flawlessly for Groundhog duty. My question is...Why are you spending your obviously precious time watching and criticizing RUclips reviews on an optic that you would never purchase? I hardly thought I'd see a Ken or Karen in this neck of the woods...yet Here you are.

      I had 2 £75 Chinese Zos 10-40x50 scopes ,1 on my AR15 and one on my .223 Howa ,you could see .223s on paper at 200m ,had them for 5 years in all weather ,on the military range I could hit the 400m FIG11 targets and clearly see the 900m targets, only gripe was in very low light you would get a bit of glare on the eye relief tube ,great for long range wabbits, you can get up close and personal ,just wish they still sold them ,just waiting on a spina 5-24x50 to drop on my air rifle ,we will see what that is like in 3 weeks when it comes from China, most scopes are made in the same factory in China, there's about 4 different models all the same but have different brand names ,from £350 to £100
