Things started to rot after 2021 World Cup, our team was young and passionate but too much victories made them feel that they are superior but in reality they were not, in 2022 world Cup, our team was going through a downfall which was seen in India's match and Zimbabwe's match but we played final and lost, this increased heartbreaks within the team and bcoz of playing final everybody forgot what happened. Solutions should have been found earlier but it seems like that time has gone and the board is waiting for a "mojaza" which comes after every 2-3 years but looks like that nature isn't with us and seems no "mojaza" gonna happen

I'd say the main reason is domestic cricket. Bring in some quality domestic cricket into Pakistan and groom the players regardless of whether they'll be in national team or not. That's how Australia does it. The players are groomed from an early age and when they play for their national team, they're given full freedom. Pakistan media and social media in general put a lot of pressure on cricketers.

Everyone keep blaming domestic but I believe that major reason for collapse is that players do not update and groom themselves after getting in international cricket. There are countless examples like Umar Akmal, Imran Nazir, Ahmed Shehzad etc. They were brilliant in early career but later oppositions found their weakness and they didn't have a plan B. Same goes for overall team planning. They fall in opposition's trap everytime.
