Confusing. Seen a few videos of Walking Street area and it’s booming then see this video and closures??? Getting rid of the crazy Koreans? What’s going on?
I was there in February at about 8pm...Walking Street is dead. Tourist numbers are down. A room at the Red Planet Hotel was $25. In 2019 we paid $50..more tourists then.
I just left a few days ago, and it was mostly dead. The Korean gogo's had a decent number of Korean customers, but the non-Korean clubs were mostly empty
I can verify this as I was there the very day it closed (I was supposed to meet a date there for dinner). Inside it was all Koreans emptying the place out.

What part of Mindanao will you be.?
Sirigao Island
The porta potties are for the mayors office doing drug tests on the trike drivers. Also envy was dragged down by their hotel rooms. They tried leasing them out but nobody would touch it with loud nightclubs shaking the building until 5 am.
I don't know....that was a pretty weak bell ring for 10000 pesos😄
Ha ha
I had to get out of there before they collected my money 👍
Mr Koripot rings the bell and runs for the exit. Ha ha ha
How you doing my buddy
Doing well
Damn, Adrian was trying to hide from you - saw you coming and he went inside to avoid you
He was playing Peek a Boo with Brian 😅
Its really difficult to run a business anywhere even in Philadelphia . The Koreans know how to keep a business open even in down times . (Please Remove That Cowboys Hat )
In the 1980's a good exchange rate was 5 to 1
I was stationed in the PI from 86-90 and the exchange rate was regularly 20 to 1. 5 to 1 must have been early 80s.

How about them COWGIRLS!!!??!! Change your channel name to Dallas in the Philippines. .
Take the peso to USD, its only 26 Peso to AUD, take it while it lasts and your movin m8. 89 it was about 35 in 89 when I was buying [now Supercharges Aus] batteries there. Is this the same bloke who took the trike to the province for you? 2:33in nice Suzi black ute, in front of the [think] Isuzu [Suzi]. good brand. 🤞Every thing goes well on the drive down and your flight goes well🤞. 15:02in, was there someone who '5'ed you? Or did someone break a a bit of wood. 3 months is all I can stay for. I was looking to stay for 6 months. I asked, to find out what I have to do. If they are like BPI I've been waiting a month to hear from them. Nice walk m8, safe trip, stay vertical, although not while your sitting on the plane Eh!
the peso is currently about 38.2 to the AUD

No sure I will visit AC again. The fun is gone. Subic Bay is OK for me.
I just left AC and in Subic Bay now and I am disappointed in Subic. I wasn't expecting anywhere close to the nightlife of AC, but Subic is just dead. Also the beaches are very meh IMO.
What will AC do without you?
Got a friend that gets young girls for 1000 pecos still through FACEBOOK!!!
I can't believe a guy from Philly would wear a Cowboys cap. If you did that back home you probably wouldn't survive.
My coworker's from Connecticut and is a Cowboys fan. Whassup with that? 🤔
You don't have any other content?

I look forward to philly in the province.

Envy was bought by Koreans and will be turned into a Korean restaurant. I was told that last night by one of the guys who worked at Envys
Could be
Time will tell
Korean restaurants to the Philippines is going to be like Indian restaurants to Thailand.
That, absolutely sux on an epic scale.
Envy as a business went bankrupt. Time for the Koreans to move in.
I can verify this as I was there the very day it closed (I was supposed to meet a date there for dinner). Inside it was all Koreans emptying the place out.
how can the Koreans buy clubs stores an so on. An i cant ? i have to put it in my wife name
They rent the buildings. I'm not sure how it works when it comes to running a business.
why does alo not like you?
Alo who?
