I'm a car polisher at rolls royce in goodwood so knew about this car for a good year! In my opinion, its the nicest car they've made to date design wise, Hope you like it!

are you doing the final paint prep at the end of the production line? what equipment have you got at the factory, i.e. wool/mf pads, rotary polishers etc. if may I ask? I spent some time at your British competitor and the cars that were rolling out of the production line were in an awful state. thanks and keep it up, mate

@@keyboardbrick1686 I work mainly at the start of the production line in the paint shop where the cars are sprayed and come to the polishing bays where I sand and polish before they leave to go on assembly line, I do occasionally work down the final finish area where the cars are nearly complete
If ever there was a brand that would suit full electrification, it has to be Rolls Royce. Silence, instantaneous torque and ultimate waft!

However no one is better at making smooth engines than Rolls, and therefore I think they should continue with it for as long as possible! Their engines are masterpieces
How do you work that out, you know what a Model S, I-Pace, E-Tron etc weigh don't you?
because those cars are not only lighter, but meant to charge on the road. im not completely sure about how it would go if a rolls royce owner was forced to charge on the side of the road, it just doesnt meet the demographic
The Model S and I Pace are both circa 2.2Tonnes and the E Tron is circa 2.5Tonnes.
The Ghost is circa 2.4, so they are all around the same weight.
Electrification and weight go hand in hand, so saying the Ghost is too heavy is wrong.
The only thing that weight tends to do is affect range, and this can be countered with larger capacity batteries.
Whether or not an owner would find it in some way degrading charging at a public charge point is largely irrelevant, as my comment was simply that electrification would suit the character and silence of a vehicle made by Rolls Royce.
Rolls are gonna run away with the market with this one. Absolutely smashed it.

The cooling is chill and hyper-chill for the fridge is because for vintage champagne you need to chill it at 11 degree C which is chill but for normal champagne it is hyper-chill which is around 6 degree C

Okay, so if literally everyone on earth tries to make their dream come true, without fearing failure, they will succeed at it? Sorry, but the world does not work like that. There are plenty of factors that determine your success, or lack of it, for that matter. Also factors which are completely out of your control.
I'm not saying, "don't even bother trying", but for every person who tries and succeeds, there are thousands that try their very best and fail.
People hate to admit it, but there is a fair amount of pure luck that goes into someones success. A lot of hard work too, of course, but it depends on a lot of factors, including luck.

There are two cars makers in the world that I hope to one day own: Porsche and Rolls Royce. One for fun, one for going to dinner. I'm fortunate enough to own a 997 Turbo which I will keep forever. But I still pursue the Rolls Royce, preferably a 2000 Silver Seraph. I love the styling and the fact that it was the last Crew built RR before they became infected by BMW.... Keep up the great reviews.

I absolutly love the proportions of width to height on this car. its looks so much better with a wider stance relative to height. Not sure if the rear headrest is quite finished correctly with a slighly saggy look to the leather but otherwise this new Ghost looks increadible and as usual, for Rolls Royce, so beautifully turned out. That new wood finish is truly spectacular against the white leather. Would love to join you on the test drive Mr JWW. Great video as usual. Nice work.

I loved your presentation on the New Rolls Royce Ghost 2021, I do have one concern, the button for the air vents its still the same I'm sure they could modify it... like having it blend in the dash as a key pad that is barely visible. But all in all the car is, Finally a Rolls-Royce that manifest the essence of human perfection and paving the way for the future in our source energy.

Is it just me....?? But if you freeze the clip at 9,57 and look at the (purple?) seam that stretches above the illuminated panel, doesn't it look uneven?? It doesn´t look straight to me, or am I wrong?
