Can you epoxy over the entire outside of the wine glass?
If one does not have a heater/dryer, do you let the glass rotate until cured?
Why isn't it on the back.?. I noticed the purple one wasn't finished either, the glitter is pretty. I see it has writing on it.

What kind of transfer paper do you need.
I use the dollar tree clear laminate on my wine glasses makes laying the vinyl much easier

How. My transfer papers wouldn't stick
If you’re doing on the glittered Side of the glass follow the directions in the video… on how to seal the glitter 1st. Then apply vinyl. If you’re doing the glass not the glittered side of the glass… wipe down with alcohol dry then apply permanent vinyl

so after leaving the cream on for 1 min, wipe off and place back in container and then wash in soap immediately or is there addtional time to wait before washing?
Yes, wash off immediately after a minute with warm water and soap, make sure you don’t have any residual etching creme anywhere.
