Hi Brenda. I’ve heard mixed reviews about this collection. It doesn’t sound like a collection I would like either. You’re right about a lot of people turning to vendor wax because Scentsy is continually underwhelming. It’s unfortunate for me because when Scentsy was great I couldn’t afford it. Now that I can afford to splurge once in a while, I can’t find anything that appeals to me. As always, thank you for your honesty. 🤗. Hugs my friend!
Hi Laurie, I can see why it would get mixed reviews. The only one I really loved was the Sherbet Lemon. That one I can get behind. The other three not really. Caldron cakes was just horrible. It was so hard to describe. Like I had said Scentsy is not what it use to be. It's too bad, because when I first started buying it, it was the bomb. But not all Scentsy wax is a miss, I just find a lot of the LTO's are which is too bad. As always I am always honest. My face says it all.......LOL I hope your day is going good for you. I am surprised Cauldron cakes is such a Fall scent, especially this time of year. Everyone is saying it is pumpkin spice. I wouldn't be surprised if they release this set again in the Fall.
Hi Kiara, I did not get pumpkin spice anything on Cauldron cakes. It really did smell horrible to my nose. The spice was way over the top on that one. One I would not recommend. I sure hope they don't re-release this one.....This was a hit and miss collection. It's too bad!! They could have done so much more with it. Oh well. They all can't be winners that is for sure. Hi Kim, if the scent notes had the banana chocolate in it then perhaps, but when the scent notes are suppose to be chocolate, strawberry, melon, apple and coconut. Then one has to think hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm LOL Am I going crazy or is there bananas actually in here they did not list...hahahah Oh well, it smelt like banana and chocolate....to me my poor nose is so confuzzled. LOL
@@brendasomers yeah, the "scent notes" always confuse me not only on candles but perfume too! They throw in so many "notes" that I get confused on what I'm supposed to be smelling! 🤣
HI Earline, I hope this finds you well. YW. I was really disappointed in this collection. The Lemon ones hands down was the winner over the 4 bars. Which is too bad. Neat idea and concept. Just failed to deliver. I hope you are enjoying your weekend so far. Today we had sun and no rain or snow like they had predicted. Bonus for us. We enjoyed the day out that is for sure.
