  • In the recent In Conversation with the Mystic, Prasoon Joshi asked Sadhguru about the situation of people who are on life support, because they seem to be hovering in a state between life and death. Sadhguru elaborates on the two basic types of comatose states that a person can get into and whether they can come out of it.
Explaining about euthanasia, Sadhguru speaks about the difficult situation of whether to take a person off life support or not. Looking beyond morality and social compulsions, Sadhguru also mentions the importance of dying gracefully.

Satguru, you didn't answer. You changed the subject and we need an objective answer. If a person suffers from multiple sclerosis or other difficult illness does this person have the right to go for euthanasia? We are not taking about coma. Even if we talked about coma there are many who woke up after 10 plus years and live a healthy life.
