I'm pretty sure you're being seriously blindsided by your bias. Lev Katsam served the enire first 3 sets illegally by hiding the ball behind his head, shoulders, and torso. It wasn't until Ioannis Sgouropoulos started doing it too in the last half of the sets, that the gameplay tipped the scales. They both violated the rules. Ioannis just did it because it wasn't called on the Russian in the opening sets.

Ух, обидное поражение для Лёвы ( С 3:0 проигрывать 3:4 всегда обидно, а на чемпионате Европы, ещё и в полуфинале... Был бы чисто Русский финал, а так грек всех поимел (
Но у грека бэк просто убийственный. Он своей игрой чем-то Валднера напоминает, только играет немного ближе у стола и слева мощнее.
Первые 3 партии Ионис вообще спал
Третью Лев уже взял с трудом....это был звоночек, что нужно что-то менять Кацману, где-то найти резервы.

Why is every Russian so toxic right now? It was a great match! Both played very well and Ionis just had the slight edge. I'm 100% sure that the next time they play against each other it will be just as close.
cant find any toxic comment in russian -_- all praise the match and some are salty a bit about Kastman lose after 3:0, but still it's not what ppl call "toxic"

классный грек. И нервы железные. При счете 0:3 обул русского мальчика по полной программе.
Не рассчитал силы,и опыта не хватило,завершить концовки.
Справа у Льва совсем не шло сегодня, обычно из третьей зоны летели как ракета, а сегодня не повезло.
На топ уровне ракеты у него ни когда не было, тем более из третьей зоны, а вот корявость и вращение это присутствует.
Sgouropoulos - мастер подставки. Всё в стол тащит. Это не он выиграл, а Лев проиграл. Психологически проиграл...
Где тут Лев сам проиграл, если противник играл от своих сильных сторон?
У Льва недостаточно остроты в атаках, и грек этим воспользовался.
Хорошо, но как тогда надо было играть против такого грека??

@@woldemarbauer9295 как уже сказали, надо было играть как играл Кальдерано - очень мощно и по месту, такие атаки грек просто отбивает в сетку.
В принципе, Лев первые партии выиграл неслучайно, играл очень мощно, но, видимо, к концу турнира просто не осталось сил вывозить а таком темпе целый матч.
Это же чемпионат до 21 года, разве грек должен здесь играть ?

Не хватило физики. Это основная причина проигрыша.
Lev Katsman, to the best of my vision could discern, did not execute one single legal serve the entire 7 sets of the game. I mean seriously ITTF, train your officials to make the proper calls, fire them, or change the rules!
My suggestion to you, Mr. ITTF, is to change the rules such that the players' torso must be parallel to both sides of the tables' inline before, during, and shortly after the service. You only need to require the ball be elevated half the current rule (8 cm), the ball must always be visible to both of the officials, and also the receiving player. Problem solved...

В чем угодно, но только не в силе удара!

@@varathan3558 I think he should trim his hair to a length of 3 millimeters. This would definitely make him look younger than with the dark hair and the light spot in the middle of his head.
