You listed my exact problem thank you. Unfortunately the steps you listed did not work for me. There was no permissions or microphones listed anywhere that I could find either on the RUclips app or my TV. I solved the issue by signing out of Google and then signing back in and then everything worked fine.even though couldn’t find permissions as you did the steps you listed helped me solve the problem I just took a different route

I don’t even see microphone in my settings on RUclips to be able to allow it .
utilautila3233 Bro, Make sure Microphone is on from Google TV Settings, after that you should see the Voice Search Mic on RUclips.☺️
