After you complete the tasks from week 1 and claim the grimophone it's available in electronics > audio section or you can search for it in the search bar of the build and buy mode, but you need to complete the tasks and claim it, otherwise it won't show up in your game
I don't think there's an option to disable the reaper's rewards event, but we are getting a new update this week that also has to do with the reaper's rewards event and I'm not sure if they will add that for simmers who are not interested/don't have the time to do the tasks
@@jelena9650 Did you repair your game? Started a new save? Saw on Twitter that starting a new save on Willow Creek and using a base game mailbox might fix some issues, hope this helps somehow! (Make sure to save/backup everything before repairing the game and such)
From my understanding some simmers are having issues with those tasks, not sure if this helps or not, but I have the latest Sims 4 update and I started a new save before doing the tasks, hope this helps

I saw Twisted Mexi say TOOL is preventing The Reaper challenge from working properly. Remove it while doing the challenge.
