I enjoy the great detail with each machine. An overload of information for someone who has no knowledge. Although, I do love super, in depth descriptions of the machines.
There is a tank version of the Laspizziali it is available tank only or plumb in only, same with the Musica tank only or plumb in only. the difference is it uses a lever for the steam control instead of a knob
They have a double boiler in la spaziale and I have had my dream for 2 years and I love it I have the plumbed in version because my husband a plumber so I saved there lol but they do have one that’s not plumb in

My local ice cream store has the Rocket Boxer Timer One Group. Seeing this machine in person is a treat every time I visit. It’s beautiful in person. The things I love about it are the looks, the size, the build quality, the cold water mix valve, the price, the 8 Ltr boiler, the Commercial Rating and the ability to operate it manually should the volumetric control stop working. You have to see in person to appreciate it. I wish more retailers would promote it. I would like to see a smaller boiler and a 3 ltr water reservoir, then it woul be a game changer.
It depends on your needs and how much traffic your shop gets, if it's low to medium traffic they are good to start with, but if you have heavy traffic you may want to look at a machine with a larger boiler or a double boiler that can handle large volumes of traffic or deal with your busy hour much easier then something like that can
You can easily use a 5 gallon water bottle with a Flojet Bottled Water Pump with the La Spaziale and have IMO a compact commercial machine with rotary pump. Great for low to mid volume use and or home. I owned a Nuovo Simonelli Oscar (vibe pump tank) seems similar to the Musica but the LS is a cut above.
which brand is more reliable and makes good espresso? I am looking for a workhorse that won't need frequent expensive repairs like the Rocket Cellini machine I have now.
So if the S1 Vivaldi is drawing on a 15 amp (eco mode), would I be able to steam while my shot is pulling? Or that capability specific to only if it's drawing on the 20 amp?

The s1 is cheaper right now, but man the musica is quite nice looking
❤

They are both reliable machines, and mostly metal inside, but making better espresso is up to the grinder, beans and your practice.
I rather go with La Spaziale mini Vivaldi II as that does not require plumbing.

You can do both at the same time
Everything is still.. err... Nice.
But I thought the musica was commercially rated also isn’t the musical rated for a commercial also
Yes, the Musica is NSF rated as well and suitable for commercial use!
