Is A Dual Boiler Worth It? Talking About Boilers with the La Spaziale S1 Vivaldi II
My machine has flashing lights , pump not filling boiler, turning off and on isnt working
hello, do you recommend this espresso machine in a pretty small-low volume cafe, or is that not possible?
Is there a proper way of turning it off
Great video without annoying bla bla. Thanks a lot!
I can taste the bitterness across the internet. Well done.
Did they use fukcing Comic Sans MS on that button label?
why does this person elongate a work it's anoying.
Warning - doing such a "simple" descale to this machine has a potential to create irreversible damage and even destroy the boiler! For starters you should NEVER use the steam wand when descaling (which will cause descaling solution to enter the boiler - if that happens it could cause serious damage) The boiler and plumbing is copper which is sensitive to descaling solutions especially at high temperatures over 90 c. - You should not leave the descaling solution for long time because it could "eat" the copper, and in general most likely that it will permanently change it's color to pink after a descale. I think that the creator of this video was irresponsible to upload such a video without properly explaining the nuances and possible dangers.
Hola! Que molino me recomiendas más? 1. Swann de Marzocco 2. E80S GbW de mahlkoenig 3. Mazzer Kony SG
I even got bored skipping this!
How many bars of steam pressure is it rated for? Thanks in advance.
hello, a new aurelia just arrieve at my job and i think we have problem with the water wate. Any thought about it?
Thanks, It is true that the musica looks better and the Expresso shot seems better too..maybe pre infusion is more solid.
I need to know how to get the burr carrier out 😂😅
Damn, it's Jim Halpert
Interesting how this is completely opposite of what I found to be the case. I have a Breville Basrista Pro and a Profitec Drive (E61). The barista pro had dry pucks, the espresso tasted better, etc. Mind you I literally just got the Profitec and had my first cup of coffee with it but I noticed when I was calibrating everything that it was giving me watery pucks. Figured I would jump online for advice to see if I need to drop down the flow control. Go figure this advice was wrong and not helpful.
If not mistaken, they are 51 mm, not 52

Do you have any budget bean to cup machines with direct plumbing that can be gotten in the us without needing to import them?
Thanks for this video Logan. It’s very helpful and informative. I do have a question though regarding the Oscar 2. I tried different doses (18 &20)but for some reason my puck comes out wet 🙁. Any recommendation? Appreciate it a lot
Yeah me too, I dont know why
I’ve been using this grinder for 4 years now, and I don’t know if I would recommend it to anyone today. The light on top stopped working after a month or two. It has no consistency at all, in the same grind setting you could pull a 30 second shot and 20 in the next one. And it always eats 1 gram, I would need to insert a brush in the shoot to extract the rest of the grounds. And this is after rdt. I would say pay a couple of extra bucks and go for the Lagom-64 if you were looking for similar burr size.
there is usually retention in the nozzle (upper end of it). I use my middle finger when I am finished grinding and get the last ~0.5 grams out into the provided metal cup. Then I weigh it to ensure its all gone and no retention. If there is still a difference, simply turn the grinder ON with the metal cup under the nozzle and a little more will come out. This way I am never am more the ~2/10 gram out i.e. virtually near zero retention. I do not use the spray at all, I am worried about long term rust. The light did indeed stop working but it's of little use at home for single-dose work. The grind quality appears to be very good, I use it exclusively for espresso and more recently the High-Extraction baskets which require a much finer grind than traditional baskets. Also, I hot-load the grinder, so I turn grinder on first and then I pour the beans into, as it runs, and the rest (air-pumping) is similar to the video. The key is to weigh the dose before grind and again after the grind and use the middle-finger trick and sometimes turn it on, to get all grinds out.
Where did the cleaning solution from the filter go?
amazing tips and troubleshooting video
This is the information I was looking for
I'm still trying all sorts of adjustments to achieve the perfect shot. Dosing size is limited as my coffee basket can't hold 18 grams of coffee as it touches the distribution head, making a real mess. I'm using 16 to 17 grams with a puck screen. Pressure is good, but extraction and out put are off. The shot looks good, but the extraction time is a bit short. If I increase the extraction time, I get a larger diluted shot. The puck is still too wet. I purchased a new grinder since the one in my machine just can't grind fine enough to reach the proper pressure. My question is: if the dose is smaller, does the extraction time decrease as well?
Where can I buy this bellow? Also will it fit Ceado e5P?
Great video, mate. Thank you for sharing
Hm. 120w? That sets the alarm bells ringing. With a European-made 310w motor, the Mignon will eat any bean you put in it. Eureka is a fabulous manufacturer who hand-make their entire grinder near Florence in Italy (starting with an aluminium ingot!). Most of the other home/light-commercial grinders are manufactured in China. Look at how nice the display is on the Mignon too; That’s classic, high quality European graphic design. It’s been made that way because it looks beautiful, and a designer made that decision. The Specialita is also designed to work in a small bakery or shop that also serves coffee to go. If you get a chance to pick one up, then do. It’s actually difficult! You literally have to prepare for the lift.
❤
I just got one of these that was “broken”. A quick fix and it’s back in service. Love this thing
Great video mate. Thank you.
About pressure pounds in puq press. Is there any difference? For example: 30 pounds for what? 60 pounds for what? Etc. The only that i know is the higher pressure, the higher extraction.
Would you recommend the eureka specialita for a small coffee shop?
Love mine in white. Good to + or - 3. Now the only issue is residue does build up around the bottom spout. Easy to clean.
The collar is stuck not moving
Booooooooo
Could you talk any slower if you tried. You put me asleep after 30 seconds
You ain’t answering nothing
🥱
So dual boiler better or noy
Well said and presented
Distilled water and add your own minerals? Man, you must have awful tap water. Here in Anchorage, and in Michigan where I used to live the tap water was just fine.
That voice!
it would be nice to show assembly, as I got some parts that I've no idea how to attach, also you didn't show the pre-rinse for first time making the coffee after turning on the machine..
Hey! Any tips for clumping?? I’ve cleaned it well and have some serious clumping still going on.
What descale solution do you recommend ?
Report is noticed 😲😁🙂😁😁🙂😁😁😁🙂😁
What a bullshit about spraying water in a cup
its optional, you dont need it, and I dont use it. But you need to weigh bean before grind and after grind to ensure near-zero retention.
my puck was watery today and it did taste good maybe a bit less coffee shot and slight weakness too the bold taste but still good Happy to see that it may be okay tho ill extend the shot to get a slightly more MG of coffee
i use rice to clean my coffee grinder
