Hey Holger! I have an on/off relationship with oregano. Depends on my mood. On a New York style pizza I like oregano. Conversely on a wood fired pizza I lean towards no oregano. But that’s a great question. Thanks!

@@mattcriscuolo1541 I tend to leave it off when I do a pizza at home. Same with spaghetti sauce. The pizza restaurants in Hamburg all put oregano on. Sadly, a lot of them aren`t really good, lol
