I play Snap quite a bit, watch a fair few vids like this, and have never ever been shown a Marvel Snap announcement vid. YT just doesn't recommend them to me.
I have been using Gilgamesh in a Self strength deck that has : America Chavez, Nico, Forge, G.M, Okoye, Sage, Wolfsbane, Nakia, Punisher, Iron Lad, Black Panther and Gilgamesh. Regis if you are reading the comments I challenge you to give this deck a try. I named the deck HOLD THE LINE
Omg… I’m actually speechless bruh🤦♂️. This whole time I thought Gilgamesh gave plus 1 power to every card that had buffed power LOL. (Like a nova or an on reveal blue marvel) Plus 2 to every card with Green power would be really Op so the nerf to +1 made sense to me.😅
Earlier datamines had him gain +2 power for each card with green power, but his starting power was only 2. So the new Gilgamesh has a higher floor, but a lower ceiling.
imagine having counter location buff card, like every card in here have base power and no buff avaliable, shadow king and enchantress, but negatif power do not get back to base power (knull or other ongoing card can get power with other buff card still count zero, and BP and Iron hearth buff count nothing cause like effect of shadow king), but dont worry is 6 cost card with 5 power so mr negatif cant cheat cost that card, if this card is avaliable is gonna be game changing i guess cause counter every buff count, u may ask blue marvel buff? or kazzar buff or anything buff? the answer is still do not count

Would have also stuffed all my power into one spot with potentially dead draws behind it. Already had big power there and the opponent has a hard time matching with Goose, so I need to start creating friction in other locations. Don't get too caught up in card-to-card lines. People find heuristics that they get stuck into, "fill Nebula lane", "play goblins on Angela", those sorta "rules" for cards, but then play too narrow instead of seeing the game as a whole.

I’m enjoying Gilgamesh in a Patriot Surfer deck. He’s not the all star, but he does shine every so often. I generally like this trend of cards being good, but not automatically meta-defining. That speaks well to card balance. If you buy Big G, you can make some cool decks, but if you skip… you can also make some cool decks
I've been trying something similar, but I have been using Thanos with the deck since the rework makes him a bit better to play. Sadly, I don't have a mockingbird.
Ayo I made almost the same deck earlier. Except I have onslaught and dazzler instead of spider ham and shadow king. Retrospect a bit more tech might be better but I’m greedy. You definitely want dazzler though man over something.
I'm surprised you didn't include Iron Heart. Gilgamesh basically turns her from a 3/6 into a 3/9. But I guess this was a "zoo with Gilgamesh" deck, and not a "Gilgamesh build-around" deck. I would *love* him to replace Spider-Woman in my Wong+Iron Heart+Odin deck (I ideally play White Tiger T5, but I have a few 5-drop backups, and Gilgamesh would be significantly better than Spider-Woman as one of those backups). But since I'm not the type who has the money to pay for games, it seems there's a nearly zero chance I'll ever get my hands on him anyway :(

Would Gilgamesh work in a Wakanda/Stark deck? Lots of power boosting there and you could have Gil/Iron Man or Iron Lad copying Gil
Regis, for future reference, bots don't play Thanos. In fact they actually don't play any cards released after Thanos. That's a good way to know

Echo: Make herself believed to be invisible in ur op's mind no freaking doubt
Self buff deck with Shaw. Gilg always on 5 either left or right, with grandmaster to trigger him a second time on 6
Following Sasquatch, Gilgamesh is released, so the low cost deck comes to life.
My grievance with gilgamesh isn't that he's mediocre, it's that he's a really boring card as far as season pass cards go

I found Debris to be far better than Squirrel girl. Also played around with a second win condition of killmonger and a 0 cost death.

For Gilgamesh? No, only power buffs matter, though Beast would probably still be solid in this deck for multiple Ice Man, Nico, ETC.
