I have that same exact set and it's not always perfect. And the instructions that come with it are very vague. It took me forever to figure out how to use it. But once you get it you've got it. My problem is I don't use it that often and I forget. Then it's a whole new learning experience every time! LOL thanks for the great video❤

Both are good . I like the plastic better but the metal is much more professional look
