I guess I have two, first advice, always smiles ☺️ because one, it is sadaqah and second it will make other people feel happy seeing you. Second advice, spread salam (to Muslims ofc and same gender) even to a stranger.
@diananordin5442 I am not thirteen, but I will give you some advice... be consistent in your prayer, read quraan daily, fast the whole month, be serious in your studies study hard, take care of your hygiene, do skin care body care hand care hair care. Hope that can help!
Stick to your salah that’s your cheat code in life 24434. The rest will all fall into place but whatever you do never ever neglect your salah, biggest mistake I made when I was 13. I’m almost 16 now trust me Salah is all you need at your age. Islam isn’t hard even though it might seem hard to you at that age. Never forget Allah, everything else will work out for you in sha Allah. xx

someone should explain to these ridiculous people that preventing exposure to sun is one of the very biggest risk factors for development of cancers. There was a very high risk factor for cancers in roman catholics nuns before the traditional habits were mostly eliminated due to their bodies never being exposed to sun except on faces among other factors. There are many ways to exercise modesty in appearance which do not require erasing oneself.
Someone needs to explain to u thqt exposue to the sun can actually give u skin dancer. Also, my grandma, m y mom, my great grandmother, my aunts, cousins ect, not one of them died from skin cancer, and they wore a hijab. And actually, my friend who does not wear the hijab and usually wears crop tops and shorts, got skin cancer this month. 💀
@@milly789 there is no reason for any concern about sun exposure if one knows how to do it correctly. People's skin color and type indicate the duration of exposure that is acceptable. One needs to tease out melanin gradually. I start in spring with limited exposure and by July generally am able to tolerate sun for up to an hour absent burning. Slight reddening and tingling are indicators it is time to put on clothes or seek shelter. Grew up in beach community and frankly all the skin cancer started after intro of sunscreens the first generation not being full spectrum. I never use them but keep a tube around in event of not being able to get out of sun for some reason i.e. boat etc. some have no natural melanin and need to avoid completely. I agree wearing armor is quite likely to prevent skin cancers but lack of exposure is directly implicated in the development of solid tumors. This was the suspected cause of the very high rate of breast cancers in roman catholic nuns. I hope u are all supplementing up to 5K a day with vitamin K. Ask any non muslim physician he will confirm
@@milly789 i assume they live good lives in not smoking, drinking or using hormones all this helps prevent all forms of cancers. Nothing quite replaces sun exposure but a good dose of D3+K (necessary for calcium absorption) is very desirable. level should be in the 60-80 range check if u do any blood work.
Very uncomfortable, trans "women" physically are still men, They have the same tendencies as men therfore meaning we still need to keep our distance making it harder to fix our hijab, change in there if we need to, and in general very uncomfortable. When I say this, I speak for majority of Muslim women. But of course, we will stay respectful, as we are commanded to be polite to everyone. Lgbtq or not, just not support it.
Oh why oh why do you have to cover the body while men don't? Get real there is enough body shaming don't add to it. And before you say it's part of culture etc if you want to be a ballerina you have to wear the body hugging clothing.

Get Muslim men to keep clean
A question, During menstruation can you take a shower bath to clean yourself?
Yes you can
of course you can. You can wash as you wish, it is your body.
Obviously yes.

Is it hygienic to use tampons and menstrual cup ??? Please answer
Tampons are cancer causing.
Menstrual cups, can be used easily after marriage.
You should ask your doctor and not a random RUclipsr
I wouldnt recommend tampons for health reasons, menstrual cups idk, but u should ask ur gynaecologist first
