As an Israeli born, American raised Jew, I am so beyond happy to see these two make this very powerful decision to become a part of us. In certain Rabbinical schools of thought, it is said that Hashem sees those who want to convert, as more intensely Jewish than some who were simply born Jewish. The reason being, is because the aspect of free will. A person born into Judaism, is not challenged on their free will, on whether they want to understand how to get closer to Hashem. And due to the strict laws in Judaism about not interfering with someone’s free will, this is also the main reason why Judaism didn’t propagate as large as the other religions, because trying to “make” someone become Jewish, is a violation of their free will. For these two dualistic reasons between those born into Judaism, and those who haven’t, but cannot be influenced to convert, is why those who do choose by their own free will to want to covert, it is an intent that Hashem sees more intensely than those who were born into it, and were inducted simply because their parents instilled it in them. For a non-Jew who was never raised in Judaism, to want from their own heart to become Jewish? It’s absolutely tremendous. They have invoked their free will, to want to get closer to Hashem. I wish nothing but all the blessings to this beautiful family of 7, May they make one day Aliyah in Israel, and settle in a beautiful home right near the waters of the Sea of Galilee. I can see it! 🙏🏼🙏🏼✡️✡️🇮🇱🇮🇱

What do you mean they are not Jewish. Just because they don’t have their “Jew cards” yet, if they are already living, JEWISH lives, and on their way to the BEIT DIN, they are Jews, as soon as they are welcomed into the community by the BEIT DIN, they will be considered “real Jews”, but many of the people in our community have already accepted them, and in our eyes they are welcome. They don’t have to bring their great great great grandmothers Ketubah to the Beit Din, only their knowledge and their sincerity. May God keep you and bless you, and welcome you to our people, you will be making great changes in the future.

They want to be true Jews. They don’t want the fakery. They want what Hashem wants, and Hashem wants them to do what the Torah says. The Torah says they have to take the final step to become true Jews. They want Truth. And that is the Truth.

You're such a beautiful couple. I'm in love with Judaism too. My ancestry is a Sephardic Jewish family. But I was never told when I was growing up. Actually in, 1975 I separated from my husband and was pregnant. I didn't know what to do. I cried to the Almighty God, I didn't know anything about Judaism, the Hebrew Name in Hebrew, nothing. After my prayer which was with a deep pain in my heart and soul. I asked what I should do. I asked for help and guidance. Well, HaShem Elochim Tzevaot answered me by bringing me in a dream vision to the Sanctuary in the desert and showing me his precious Name. 35 years later started reading Torah and found out the vision in the Hebrew Name was actually that He, blessed is HE, was calling for my return. I did and found out more about my ancestors. My grandparents were from Spain and following my research realized HaShem, blessed is HE, wanted me back. I love my God more and more everyday.

It’s not the other way around of I want to become a Jew ,and then that’s what will make me be a Jew and practice . On the contrary it is an I am already Jewish ,and just need to continue to follow all that I have been learning and practicing .It’s already your life and the meaning of life for you. …that is how it just comes through when I watch you and hear all the wise things that you both say and share. And when it finally happens for you as you mentioned, you’ll know that you did it all right,in the right time ,in the specific moment that Hashem has planned. It will not be a change for you , it will just validate your ongoing process of Jewish learning that you are already doing and sharing…Thank you so much Living L’Chaim ,for having this couple on your show. I love your show, and I’m a subscriber, but some of your questions and comments concerning House of Lev was a little offensive. BUT OVERALL, I ENJOYED THIS SHOW❤❤

Yes. I fell in love with Judaism for the same reasons this lovely couple did. Being able to connect to and honor God in all aspects of life. It has just been so daunting to try to do all of this living alone and having no support in it all. My depression had worsened a lot feeling so alone. How I wish I had a partner to live a committed Jewish life with. Very lonely and very hard.

My fire went out when I found out I was alone with all of this. Even with a community I am alone unless I show up to synagogue.

The depth of TORAH will keep you busy for the remainder of your lives. It takes 7 years to complete the entire cycle of the entire books of the Torah. SEVEN YEARS.

Beautiful couple, however I had noticed new converts face lots of discrimination among Jews that were born from Jewish mothers and if the converts are not welcome in the community then it becomes hell for them, therefore they walk away from Judaism, even in Israel people there will not relate to converts or they will see converts as a second class Jewish. I wish that this channel make an episode about converts that had walked away from Judaism. 😢😢

That is why many people convert to Christianity or Islam because there arent that many "restrictions". The restrictions come from the Torah.

Why Eastern European Judaism? Why not Sephardic tradition. Which is closer to Biblical teachings?
