The red ones coming out too and a variation of these violets with more black on em...they used to have a blue and turqouise pair that were dope too. They got some on stock x for the hi hi...
These dropped here in Chile a couple of weeks ago in the only local boutique that brings these type of releases. No draw, they just dropped online. I’ve always wanted to get them and never was able to. I got them without even thinking about it, they sold out instantly.I received them last Friday and I love them. Just like you, I expected more comfort, so I hope they break in more. Greetings Sean!

Got the last 2 releases of the Persian Violet and thanks to having access to Canadian addresses due to family in Toronto, was able to grab several different pairs off Sneakers Canada when it seemed they were dropping the BW regularly for a time a few years ago with Euro/Canadian releases. Hope they come here. Good vid.
I had a pair of these in cream back in 1995 I think. I only had them for 7 months because I was a kid and my feet were still growing so had to give them to my sister. I like them but at the same time I kinda prefer the Air Max 1's. Not sure if I want them again...

I find it really odd how the air bags compress quite a bit on the on-feet shots, but they don’t feel cushy. I also don’t feel that retro Air Maxes are that comfy, but I suppose the bags on mine compress just as much.
The bags and midsoles are different than they used to be so while they’re more comfortable than airmaxes 5 years ago they aren’t more cushy than airmaxes 20 years ago. And I agree 90s(recrafts) are only comfortable with no insole.
🤔I wonder if they'll do different colorways... I missed out on the BW97s a few years ago, but 💛 the silver. I'm a fan of the black mesh upper & the plush tongue on these 👍

My first ever 'premium' sneaker! Back in 91 I saved up wages and got the BW in Cream / White / Black nubuck but I recall the quality was better than these redos. I'm still picking them up purely for the vibes.
2:43 I can't believe how designers who put a great effort in making the shoe look cool ignores the appearence of that ugly cuts on hte tips of purple fabric that ends at the lace area. I can even see the white sponge under the purple fabric. This makes this shoe look like a chineese fake because such `cheap` trim jobs are mostly seen on fake shoes. It's frustrating that the Nike design lead gave a green light to this faulty design. You might say, `it's a small detail that is only visible on close up'. This shoe has many details and textures that is only visible at closeup, so they should make sure that all parts have the same visual quality.
I just copped a 2015 pair of BWs from a Goodwill store recently and I love them!💜🖤🤍 I usually wear a size 10.5 but when I stopped by a Nike store in 2022 to 😂tried on a pair in that size, it felt too tight. I tried a half size up. It felt a little better but not quite comfortable yet. I went up to a size 12, my feet felt perfect in the toe area. I waited until I had some money to buy them but they sold out quick. The BWs I copped at Goodwill are a size 12 so I feel fortunate.
