- We are back to eating and now it’s on the Greek island of Syros! The cuisine on the island is amazing with rooster, goat and of course feta cheese! Syros really has some unique and delicious dishes!

Everything looked amazing specially in the first isolated tavern. By the way in Greece we have no ocean. It's called simply sea. No ocean here.

Dude slow down with ouzo. It's strong. And you need to add cold water and ice cubes. Also I'm surprised that you didn't order tzatziki. I think along to souvlaki and mousaka are the most famous foods for the visitors. Spinach pie and cheese pie are must. You have to try deep fried zucchini, feta with honey and sesame, greek salad,lamb ribs,pastitsio,lamb or chicken roasted in the oven with potatoes and other veggies, octopus, shrimps,anchovies,sardines,beftekia or keftedakia (greek burger/ meatballs),gemista (stuffed peppers,tomatoes, eggplants with rice or minced meat and many herbs),dolmades/dolmadakia(stuffed vine leaves with rice or minced meat same as gemista),stifado(beef stew with tiny red onions boiled slowly for hours). Some options to come in my mind right now. I hope to try some of them. Enjoy your stay here in Greece.
Ouzo is delicious though! All these recommendations sounds really tasty, and we have eaten about half of them already! It's going to take us a few more trips to Greece to try all the delicious foods. Thanks for your comment!
@@DennyandNikki That's the trap of ouzo if you are a tourist. Delicious! Than your head explodes from the too much alcohol. Ouzo isn't Tequila or Vodka or Gin. There is 40-43% of alcohol in there. So slow down. Put ice cubes and few water and eat lot. Or the worst hangover in your life could happen
