Bilateral music is known to help with relieving nervousness and anxiety associated with PTSD. Noise is introduced as a sound source in this bilateral version may be a relaxing listen for some of listeners.
The left to right and back pacing is slower than bilateral music for a smooth listening experience.
Bilateral listening is also known as EMDR listening and is a similar concept to brainspotting.

    This is sublime.
I've just had the worse day of tinnitus in 6 years. This cut it down by 80% instantly.

This reminds me of waves at the beach. For that alone, I'm grateful. Sitting on the beach was one of my absolute favorite things because it would completely mask every trace of my T. Plus the wind and the sun was sublime. I no longer live anywhere near a beach, so I've been missing that calming feeling so much. This really helps fill that void. Thank you!!

I know it's not the same reason that most use your videos, but they have been helping my cochlear and my brain work better together. Do you think you could do a sweep between 200 and 9k in mono? Thanks again for your videos.

I'm working with the RUclips team to get the occasional sporadic mid-roll ad issue resolved. Mid-roll ads are not selected on any channel videos, yet once and awhile it happens to a listener. My current suggestion is turn off auto updates on the device browser and system, or try a different browser or device.

RUclips premium is totally worth it for me to never see an ad and I can listen to RUclips with my phone screen off 😊 and even download videos to watch offline.
