I absolutely adore Freminet, everything about him. Also a character with freckles - finally someone I can relate to T-T... 100% a Freminet main now (I only got him to C2 with 100 wishes D:)

I really wanted a physical character like Freminet and your video made me really want to get him too. Unfortunately I have to save for Neuvillette and am at 75 pity on 50/50 and don't want to accidentally get anyone. But you sure proved that Freminet is really good, he's like a mini-Eula. Also, I hope one day we can co-op lol

Whenever I get frustrated in Genshin I take a break and watch a Voltyea video, then I remember to have fun with the game. With the previous release of Mika (running along with Eula), and now Freminet it looks like Hoyo wants to try to make something happen with Physical or Shatter. Freminet is a decent 4-star the only problem is that his best weapons are basically all gacha or shop...
I mean Tidal Shadow and Archaic are pretty good

Physical characters are sadly pretty much hard-locked into being either Cryo or Electro, since a phys dps absolutely *requires* Superconduct to do any real damage.

As someone who spent nearly 6 months farming the pale flame domain - trash game /10.
Getting good artefacts, was the hardest part and still missing a cd helm with good crit substats.
yeah Ferminet is actually good and fun to play.
For the team, Ferm / Raiden (or fish, even if i like using raiden more with him) Hydro flex (using kokomi) C6 rosaria (or Layla of you need a shield, using Mika is not worth unless you have him at C6)
Speaking of hydro, it's not really mandatory for him, the shatter reaction is more a gimmick (and doesn't work against boss), Bennet (not C6, because hoyoverse is not capable to too give us a toggle option for his pyro enchant, small indy company please understand) will probably do more good.
Also this video is a very good exemple, that this game badly need a training dummy.

there is no other way to build freminet besides physical coz of his constellation and his E . the damage output of his physical is higher than cryo plus add his passives . all about physical. hes my main with xingqui zhongli and benett (i sub lynette sometimes for benette coz of high dmg output lynette could deal)
Lynette deals insane dmg lol, mine deals like 1k at lvl 25 with a 1* weapon iirc
I will say Mihoyo is trying on making characters that have multiple playstyle, Freminet's second talent is implying a cyro build, but his other kits are more towards physical (including his C3 of NA+3), since he is made as a physical dps mainly, but adding on features that allows him to play as cyro also, which is good so that players have more to explore with him

The only reason physical is mot meta is because enemies have a lot of physical resistance for no fucking reason

Good news is I can focus my wishes on Neuvillette and Focalors(If she come out).
Not a big fan of calymore also before Freminet, but now I just love to hear the sound effects of calymores like SHATTER THE ENIMIES BONES INTO DUST😎
Also since I nearly always use him with Xingqiu that makes him a damn tank, sometimes on the world map I just forgot he still takes damage while being a undisturbable tank, and then his hp gone red and then I realize I'm not having any healers or shields in my team, he is just too tanky for me to realize he isn't under any protection outside of Xingqiu lol
For actual teambuild there will be Kuki and Mika healing so he will not die (probably), and why I need Zhongli when my Freminet takes a total of 500k damage directly in Abyss without dying😎

hey quick question ; sorry if i missed it, but was your freminet at C0 during the whole challenge ? i'm restraining myself from building him as a physical dps bc i heard it's only viable if you get his C6 ... ?
He's still a pretty good physical dps at c0. ^^ His c6 just increases crit dmg when he triggers frozen, shatter and superconduct.
Freminet's kit is complete at C0, no additional features in cons, C2 does decreases ER, but the other cons does nothing outside of increasing damage, so he is fine to play even at C0 :D
man.. already reach a K damage number in low level!? how you did that!? well.. i just join into this game last week, still clueless, sorry for this silly newbie question.. do you mind to explain what have you done with this low level freminet like in 3:02?😅 maybe i missed something.. i even just able to reach around 800 hit as the highest..

Here I am with 4 x Freminet and I haven't levelled him at all. I was trying to get another character and was disappointed getting fed up folly Freminet. I will try levelling him to see if he is fun to play because I get bored playing the same characters. I have far too many characters- 53 in total and many I haven't levelled at all such as Faruzan, Heizou, Dori, Layla, Lynette, Aloy, Collei, Kujou Sara and of course Freminet at level 0.
