@@iamdetour I knew your placement of color wasn't random, but watching this I realize just how much of a mad scientist you truly are. It's methodical, and it makes so much sense watching you do it, but I can't even begin to think how I would do this process if I had to.
Excited for future videos, especially if you explain your process more! Love that idea. I’m so tempted to order nova color paints for my next round of paint shopping. Cool paintings!
Love it man. Also love always seeing you on Clubhouse. I was stoked when you broke it down by darks to midtones to highlights because that how I tackle my oils. Amazing
Can you talk us through the process of how you decide where each color goes, my understanding is that lighter colors for areas tgat receive more lighter and the less light the darker the color, but there must be a personal interpretation to your portrait
I will add the commentary on the next video now that i have your question. I think that would be useful. There is a methodology and there is a personal choice to it as well. its a mix of preferences that ill add to the next time lapse process video. Thanks Herve
How do u select colors for specific areas on ur work? How do u know what color to use? I really wanna knw Or u just freestyle or u have it planned out?
It is absolutely astonishing to me that your use of color, as colorful as it is, still reads as skintone.
Jeremy!!! Thanks brotha. I'm going to be putting more out on a weekly bases to help people out with using color to create form and shape

Fascinating to watch.
If you wanted to sell this would you need permission from the person who took the picture??
Thanks a million! I'll have more coming weekly.
Dope love the colors. I’ve never painted any art with latex home paint. Is it because it doesn’t dry as fast as acrylic?
it dries just as fast and there is more flexibility when working large.
@@iamdetour thanks for the video. It’s very informative 💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿

After figuring out the value of the color It's all based on preference and taste.
