great video!! just be careful with crochet hooking because if you do it too much your dreads will turn stiff and they'll be really hard . happened to me but I solved it by using conditioner, took me like 3 months to make em soft and nice.

@@vuks-fj7fl Prolly messy, u can't get locks, dreads or curls using the towel rubbing method on straight hair, u need a 3a-4c type hair, below that it'll just mess it up instead of locking or twisting it, if u have straight hair then ur only available method is either A. Free Forms (Which takes YEARS for straight hair, and u shouldn't wash it, and make sure to provide it with extra sunlight) and this only works for 2b-2c hair type or B. Use a crochet (this obviously works for almost every hair type, but it's more damaging for straight hair, so u gotta be good wit using a crochet otherwise... Yk..)

De Juan Moore 1a, 1b and 1c is straight hair 2a is very loose waves 2b are S shaped waves 2c are tighter S waves, almost curly 3a loose curls 3b medium curls 3c very tight curls 4a are extremely tight kinky curls 4b is extremely tight Z shaped kinky hair 4c is "afro" hair, not curly, just kinky
