The sauce comes from pork and shrimp broth, achuete, garlic and thickened with corn starch. Super yum. The topping traditionally has the seasoned pork, chicharron, and smoked fish flakes we call tinapa.

you suppose to dip the chicken in the sauce but ok thats how you eat it
edit: the sauce on the palabok is shrimp sauce
you are supposed to fully mix halo-halo so it'll have a more balanced taste, it's why it's called "halo-halo" which directly translates to "mix-mix"
You need to put the calamansi on the soy sauce
Im a filipino😅
You have to mix the halo-halo, it means mix-mix. And it’s also pronounced PA-A not pa hehe
Mang Inasal is based from Ilonggo cuisine where they call chicken thigh PA-a not pa-A as we do in Tagalog, so he basically said it correctly. Hehe
@@JeckoSTARlaloo wtf is the difference in PAa and paA
@@JeckoSTARlaloo i meant that that the ‘aa’ should be pronounced separately. Like â
@@beashemmad.sayson545 the phonetic stress location. Duh
Try the Indian food ❤🇮🇳✨
Pronounce it as mah-ng ee-nah-saal
Why did you not eat the rice
It’s pa a and pa la boc
hope you mixed the halo halo first
You just said corn source now you said what sauce is this😅
I said the orange sauce!! What is it 😅
