I would HIGHLY recommend keeping recall potions in an easily accessible hotkey. the ability to safety instantly will be so helpful. and DONT use magic mirror unless you are safe and you want to get back. recalls and so much more faster than the magic mirror. if youre in a really stressful and deadly situation, use recall potions.
One tip I’d like to bring up is to not get overconfident. You brought up the impatience at the end of the video, but I wanted to expand on that. If you look at the beginning of this run to the end, you can see how much you’re tried to speed up, causing you to make mistakes. As you advance, you start to feel more invincible and untouchable. You get a false sense of security and take more risks or get more distracted. But all it takes is one slight error, and you’re all the way back to the beginning. You even commented on how many things seemed to go wrong for you during this video. That’s because you were rushing. If you didn’t have the royal jelly equipped in this video, you would’ve died earlier. If you didn’t have the tsunami in a bottle equipped this video, you would’ve died earlier. If you didn’t have the slime staff this run, you would’ve died earlier. If you were paying just a little less attention, you would’ve died earlier. Slow down, and take the extra time to be cautious, or else you likely will slip up and things will go badly.
It’s true but easier said than done. Is not exactly stimulating to do the exact same place blocks, destroy blocks, then place walls. So it’s only natural to make impulsive and risky decisions to feel stimulated. That’s why I personally think this challenge by yourself is either impossible due to bugs or extremely boring to play. 300x with regular health in hardcore feels more fun. You have actual reasons to risk things and enjoy the game more while still needing to be careful.
Also, yes, I'd be keen to watch a regular Terraria series from you! - I don't watch streams but I love VODs. I think it'd be pretty cool to still have slightly increased spawn rates (2x-5x?) but regular health, etc. Been watching this in the background while I work on things! :)
You should stream. Whether it's the 300x or a different challenge, I think people would enjoy being there to watch the grind. Talking to chat might also help if you get bored too.
Hey, at least you'll have someone to suffer with you in a multiplayer version! You can laugh at each other, and the slow parts will go twice as fast. This was really fun to watch, but I definitely hope that you don't go as insane between parts as seen here in a multiplayer version.
Some possible advise: fill in the gaps shorter than 3 blocks to keep slimes from glitching under them. Idk if that works though. Good luck on the next run!

Idea for multiplayer: Every boss you beat for the first time gives you +1 respawn. That means it is still hardcore until you’ve defeated king slime. And so on.

Fishing during a bloodmoon gets you a chance to fish up enemies such as the wandering eye fish and the zombie merman. These can drop the vampire frog staff which id EASILY the best pre hardmode summon. Tho you should probably place a wall between the water and you and make a small little gap for the fishing hook to go through. So then the enemies you fish up cant hurt you.

Since you killed the king slime, you should have gotten a royal gel from the treasure bag. The royal gel makes you completely immune to slime damage, allowing a lot easier exploration.
If you need someone to do co-op with, I'd love to join, this looks very fun and very challenging, I'm definitely interested in seeing how far it could go, plus I'm open to any schedule, so I can play anytime, either way, looking forward to seeing more of this series
when you try this again. you should conserve the dynasty wood blocks should it be available. only make them into walls. that stack of like 800 or whatever you had turned into almost 3000 walls which are much more valuable for an easy to see background compared to any stone or whatever else being used for the blocks instead. For moving down through a cave I think silt or sand would be really helpful for you. You could block off two sides of your column down and your summon could clear it more easily.

You can use hooks to enter 1-block wide tunnels so you can mine vertically twice as fast this way. this also means enemies can't drop down your tunnel.
The light came from the glow stick you threw, and the darkness came when it de spawned. Also, you can use smartcursor to check for caves like that, since it will place the torch where the cave is. Oreo ice cream is great, but imo chocolate chip cookie dough is better. Blizzard in a bottle is much stronger than tsunami, which is roughly the strength of cloud. Sandstorm is the strongest, though you should keep blizzard and cloud to make bundle of balloons, which is arguably the strongest pre-hardmode mobility accessory. You should keep bone pickaxe even post-evil because it’s the fastest prehardmode picaxe Also, you should get the imp statue to farm banners because wof spawns imps (and banners increase damage, even if the increased defense doesn’t matter) Salamanders are very annoying. They’re the only of the three with projectiles, so in order of danger it’s crawdad < giant shelly < salamander. I almost lost a (non-1hp master) hardcore run to them since their poison would have killed me if not for my quick recall and nurse heal. I think replacing the shackle with the blizzard in the bottle would've been better because blizzard and tsunami bottles stack. The only problem would be fall damage.

One thing that could b much more fun is hardcore but you keep the world between runs. That way you can maintain a level of progress while still losing a lot when you die
Oh, the most useful accessory for you is brain if confusion dropped by brain of chtulu, just thought about that, if you'll defeat brain of chtulhu it may save your life a few times

if u run out of dynasty wood use mushroom wood. u can also farm it and it looks cool and it has patterns so u can tell the walls apart easily.
